The reason I am giving this branch one star is because of the customer service and wait time for a in store pickup. At the front desk area where your online pick up and registry order is. There are no Organize lines, but at the return and exchange you have organize lines to direct you where to wait. When i asked a customer where do you wait for online pick up orders. He directed me to the left side front counter. There was one customer ahead of me. The other one was picking up a large item, and i was next for my online order waiting 30 minutes for my
item. When it was my turn, the associate took the customer at the return line and ignored me at the online pickup area.
. Telling me that she did not see me there when i was at the front counter near the two tablets waiting patiently, where it says online pickup order and registry. The system is flawed please fix it, my time and the time of other customers are very valuable.

Very good but in the toy area the person who works in that area does not help or verify the product you are looking for, he just arrives and says no and leaves employees like this should not have shopping, shopping is supposed to be pleasant, not being treated With attitude, where do they leave customer service?

Flagging this, as it has happened *every single time* I have been to Target in the last couple of years- at least since I began paying attention to it.
Take photos of the price on the shelves, because when you get to the register- self checkout or otherwise- inevitably, at least one or two of the items will be priced significantly higher. I was in for a quick errand today and failed to do this. The price I paid for this oversight was a 12% and 30% markup for two of three items I purchased. They will give you the price THAT IS ON THEIR SHELVES AND WEBSITE, but only if you notice and point it out.
Straight-up fraud. Not just at this location either…happens at all the ones I’ve been to recently. Google it, search for it on TikTok. They’re ripping people off nationwide.

I had a weird interaction at Target… so I saw that they had this shelf on clearance and it said 50% off clearance! And so for $40 TV shelf with 50% off wow that’s a good deal. So I lug this big box around the store and when I go to self checkout, it comes out to $40… so I ask the girl at the self checkout about it, and she’s kinda stand-offish. And so I explain that there was a sign for 50% off clearance. And hey it’s $20 I could get off, like it’s worth asking… well she was trying to give me the run around. And she was like “oh it’s already applied!” Well the original price is $130… the ticket is $40 and the kiosk didn’t do any discount… it just said $40 and like baby girl… the math ain’t mathing…. How’s $40 half of $130??? And so it’s already cheap… I already lugged this box around the whole store, I’m still going to buy it, it’s when I ran to go grab a picture, in the fine print it says ticket price as marked. Which ok fine. But like why would you put them under this big 50% off sign? While I was away Xio came over to my partner and was super rude and insulting… like really? It’s NOT that serious… it’s not like it’s coming out of your paycheck? Would it kill you to be a little understanding or at the very least just be decent? Anyways, very weird for a target experience….

Poor customer service at check out when clarification about clearance was requested. Rude employee manners and treatment towards me and my partner for no reason. Employee named “Xio” just came over not questions asked or introduction just scanned the product and said ¡WELL THATS THE PRICE! “You want it or NOT?!” And walked away… we bought it anyways but unusual event at target and unnecessary in my opinion.

Called store but no answer in any departments. You have the stores address and phone number for E. Colonial and Orange and Grant so no matter what number you call it goes to E Colonial..??? And they won't answer the phone??!!

I LOVE this Target! It isn't a 'super' Target, so the selection of products will be fairly limited in comparison, but they've got most of what I personally need. Lots of vegan products that I can't find elsewhere, as well as other Target-brand items that are great, and very fairly priced!
It's also so easy to get in and out of; at worst, parking might be a full lane length away from the entrance, but I am always able to find a spot. Employees are always VERY nice and helpful, too.
