Two weeks ago I went to do a line portability and received super good service, after two weeks a line they couldn't solve the problem, the most interesting thing is that the same seller wants several gold rings on their fingers and said he didn't remember, 15 days and still no They solved the problem but the seller is still negligent, congratulations T mobile Metrowest for the after-sales service, terrible!

Terrible service, they can never resolve anything, they just tell you to call the call center. They don't even care what the. lie needs to be resolved, they just want you to leave the store straight away. I have NEVER been able to resolve anything in this store. I have 5 lines, but to be honest, I already want to cancel all 5 because of the terrible service I always receive when I go to this store. 0 rating for attendants.

Dumb dumb and dumber! Why do these peep work there. They don't h e a clue except to call Phillipines for help. I had to go above 4 store mangers head to the Corporate office. Got what I needed occomplished after on hold from Tampa FL to Orlando FL a 3 hr hold. They will be paying my bill until mid 2024. Have certified letter with copy of call log of my hold time. 25 yrs as a customer. Freakin unexceptable! I am sure they know my name NOW!!

Had a good experience at a T-Mobile store in Orlando. Alan gave us full attention in a very Professional way. The store manager is also very friendly. I highly recommend T-Mobile.

Lemy took my phone to make a transfer from boost mobil to T mobil he took my card information he made me sign deactivate my phone and then he told me that he can't do anything and withdrew from the table leaving me alone with the only option of changing my phone for another with a credit of 800 dollars I left him the phone

I will not return and am happy to say I’m no longer with @tmobile !! Oddly enough, I like a cell phone that works everywhere! T-Mobile made me switch my card over to them from Sprint and ever since I did that, my phone doesn’t work in my house or in about 30% of the city I live in!

Marcus and Morty? ( Sorry Morty, I forgot your name) saved my whole vacation after my phone broke at an amusement park. They were extremely kind and helpful and got me a new phone and on my way in no time.

We came in today and had the opportunity to work with Kayla!! She was absolutely fantastic, her customer service skills are top notch!! She definitely brought some joy to our difficult situation, and took care of us in an efficient and timely manner.

Please note that this complaint is against T-Mobile's call center and how they handled the phone interaction because there is no location on the Yelp out to pinpoint the location, there is no way at this time to add the headquarters address and information to be recorded. On Thanksgiving November 24, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m. I called T-Mobile because I was having an issue with screenshot of my cell phone the representative that got on the phone stated that they were going to connect me with technical support I ended up waiting almost two and a half hours no one never came back to the phone and they ruined my Thanksgiving. Please note T-Mobile has 18,265 complaints closed in last 3 years 8,002 complaints closed in last 12 months

The arrogance, the lack of communication, and the attitude of "they are right, you are wrong" . Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought customer satisfaction and overall experience was still a thing. The few times I have recently been in this store, I've spent more money than discussed. Today was the last straw, I recently did a warranty replacement on my device and was told I have to pick it up from the store and the store will notify me when it arrives. No call, no communication at all. I had to visit the store on my own time to get an update. My device had arrived and I was getting ready to check out and was told I needed the other device to make the exchange. Without knowing I needed the device I said okay, how long do I have till I need to come back. I was told 14 days. 2 days later, within the 14 day window I come back and the order was canceled and I had to redo the process all over again. Why didn't they tell me 2 days ago when I came in that it was outside of the period to pick up, why didn't they call me, why did they ship it back and not tell me anything.I am highly upset...highly. and as I'm here they are still telling me that what I know and believe is wrong....smfh
