Ignored when I walked in and then told they were closed after I waited 20 minutes… avoid at all costs. Female employee Adeana has no customer service and was extremely disrespectful.

I stopped here to get my prepaid label to return my trade in phone. Store manager Gina (beautiful woman with beautiful eyeglasses) greeted me right away (hint to other T-Mobile stores…) and she referred me to Foster. Foster took care of the paperwork and I was actually able to return the phone at the actual store. I asked about some recommendations on screen protectors and Foster informed me about lifetime replacement of them if you have their phone insurance. Gina even chimed in suggesting it is totally worth it since screen protectors get cracked and scratched all the time. Their insurance also includes Apple Care so it was a no brainer.I was happy with the costumer service I received from Gina and Foster. The vibe of the store is very inviting and organized. I will definitely come back if I ever need assistance or any help. Thank you guys!

The service I received tonight with switching my cell service from Verizon over to T-mobile was impeccable. The employees really had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and affordable as possible. Special shout out to the homie, FOSTER, for being such a big help. He definitely deserves a raise ?

I’m so happy that I stopped by at this T-Mobile store. My experience was just amazing, and I just wanted to personally express my gratitude and appreciation to Foster and Gina for assisting me with my purchase. They made my purchase process so smooth and easy. If you’re looking for a good deal on a phone or an affordable phone plan, then you must go and pay them a visit. I guarantee you that they’ll take great care of you and you’ll have the best experience. Thanks

I spent a day with Adeana getting my disabled sister-in-law and her mother phones and an iPad. During a difficult port over from AT&T she was patient and extremely helpful. I recommend this store and all their staff who helped her. My sister-in-law passed away 24 hours after getting her account. Juan was empathetic and helpful at returning the devices Adeana spent so much time getting set up. Juan and Adeana were saints with the entire process. Thank you both!

Staff was confused, unprofessional, and rude. Go to another T-Mobile store. Train your employees please! Also heard them be very pushy with an elderly couple for device protection. If they say no 3 times that means they don't want it...

Its 9/7 @ 7:15 when we walked inside the store. The guy that spoke to us wasn’t too eager to help because he said they were closing soon. Now it was 45 minutes before closing time. Needless to say we left without a phone. The store need to have employees a little more cooperative and wanting to help the customer.

While visiting Orlando I ran into a problem with my iPhone X. The Bluetooth seemed not to be working, so I stopped into this T-Mobile location and explained that I was not a customer, but really needed their help. Foster was very helpful in resetting the Bluetooth and I took his picture for a Google review. I went to an adjoining business and while walking back to my car I ran into him on the sidewalk while I was trying to do this Google review. I couldn’t get the photos to upload so he reset that section of my phone also.It was a great day for me to run into such a kind and conscientious Mobile Expert.

I was sent to this store by T-Mobile customer service for a phone that wasn't there. The associate in charge at the time did everything he could NOT to help me. He countered everything I said for a reason why he couldn't help. Very disappointed in the service. I know it's just one interaction, but DON'T GO HERE. If one is like this then other workers likely are as well.
