One star because the information is not updated. The address doesn't exist. I went to that place to buy one new phone and there is no T-mobile dealer, the entire building belong only to small wine market. It's doesn't evenhave posters and advertisements outside the location so customers could identify it.

I entered T-Mobile with a problem, and Tyrone Mack was able to solve all my issues very attentively. His optimistic attitude made the process much smoother, and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Thank you again for helping me.

Awful customer service. They have no capacity to assist an individual issue. It’s simply a one size fits most, you can replace all employees with signs that say do it yourself because they can’t help and have no knowledge of how to help. If your issue isn’t written on a script they fall apart and get rude.0/10, I actually wish I called the awful robot call center because these individuals in person were awful

Horrible staff, disrespectful and lie on their name also hang up the phone while I was talking. Sandra the manager try to fix it and is super attentive.

Walked in and received a very obviously forced “welcome to t mobile” waited for someone to be available.. walked up to the main counter they were servicing people at and got no acknowledgment. Waited about 5 mins, I get it. You’re busy. At least tell me something “I’ll be right with you” “I’m training I’ll help when I can” I just left, bad customer service.

The staff in the store were horrible . Tmobile give sim card replacement for free but this store told me it cost 2$ then charged me 11$ when i asked why charging that money they said is better than 20$ lol .what a joke is their customer service. Not professional at all DONT GO TO THAT LOCATION . Go to waterford location their staff is waaaaaay better

Very unorganized and unprofessional manager and employees. Had me sitting waiting for 45 minutes while the manager was playing around with the employee goofing around knowing theres clients that have been patiently waiting. And completely ignores me for the rest of the time not reassuring me that they will be right me. Bad customer service, very dissatisfied with this place…

Had conducted business here previously, with no problems whatsoever. This time, however, the representative, Alex, didn’t appear too eager to help me when my reasons to come in were for buying some AirPod Pros. After being told to wait, and waiting for some time, with no attempt to come back my way and at least update me on what she was doing, which I would’ve been completely fine with had she done that, I decided it was best to leave. Will no longer conduct business at this location.
