0 stars if I could, took 8 hours to switch our service from Att to here. The rep who helped us rang up incorrect trade ins, strange multiple transactions and transferred our phone information to incorrect lines, had to go back AGAIN to get that fixed. When we received our bill it was $50 more than what was originally outlined, charging us for activation fees we had already paid and then they claimed there was nothing they could do about it- making us call the general customer service line, such a joke.. very rude management and clueless sales people

I went in the other Saturday while passing, just to see if I could get one of the Tuesday promotions. I even managed to park the SUV outside, which was nice. Of course they said I could not have any promotional item as it wasn’t Tuesday, which makes sense. But they could see I have a few phones with T-Mobile, and have done for a number of years.My two children were looking at phones in the store, which I thought was okay. But then a sales person came over and told us we could not get away with stealing anything as they have cameras all around the store and pointed them out and told me about the alarm.Very strange behaviour as I didn’t exactly look like I was going to steal anything and the children certainly would never do anything like that.Strange customer service. This store just gets stranger and stranger.

Lorraine was super courteous, BEYOND patient & friendly. She was also a rockstar handling 3 clients by herself basically. She spoke Spanish & was so compassionate with my mom while undoing her pin dilemma. She made the experience feel like less of a hassle & the issue was 100% resolved within 15min. Would recommend her assistance, best rep in the edgewater Tmobile!

So much happened that it made want to stay away from every switching providers to TMobile. The worst part is that it was the sales manager that caused the issue in the first place and had nothing to say for himself when he was called out for his deceit. Doesn't help that the other sales reps acted like they didn't know anything but whispered things that made us aware they knew about the SCAM that he was doing.How is it I was sold on three lines, checked my online account and I had FIVE LINES with two tablets assigned..... I DONT OWN ANY TABLETS!HE WLDNT EVEN REFUND THE CASE OF THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAD NO BOX..... HE WAS THE ONE THAT THREW OUT THE BOX !!!!!Yeah nvr ever will I be a TMobile customer.
