I bought two silver rings they turned copper, I talked to the manager, extremely rude, horrible service from her, it’s a shame that we, the clients that have bought from Swarovski during +15 years have to receive such a bad treatment for requesting help. My recommendation, go to other Swarovski store.

On vacation, we stopped in the Swarkoski in Disney Springs, the very bracelet I have been looking for in Chicago , I saw there. it was my bday wish and I looked in case it was marked $89 dollars. yes I want, the lady pulled it out and went to look for box it goes in, finally 3 minutes later after going through drawer after drawer she finds box and says it is actually $189. of course I looked at her like what the hell??? she says the 1 must have fallen off in the case. well then you can keep it. so DISAPPOINTED!!!! went back next day to see if there had been a confusion, of course now it marked at $169. bait and switch is what you call this mockery!!
