I went to buy something little and special for myself. I was helped by Ivonne, very nice, patient, and knowledgeable lady and the manager Nestor was very attentive as well. I can't wait to come back!

I don’t know what’s happening to this store but it looks so sad, is definitely not shiny and attractive as it was before. It has lost the glam that represents the brand. The employees look like they work at a sporting goods store instead of a high end store, the manager was wearing a T-shirt and sneakers. The lady didn’t know much about the products. I understand is an outlet store but I remember seen employees before looking so sharp and professional and the store used to shine, now is dull and just sad. We don’t feel the same energy from the employees and we don’t have the urge to go back, ever. That saddens us because we love the brand but we will take our business somewhere else. We still love the Millennia store but this was our go to. I hope they reconsider going back to how it was before.

Ignored by 4 associates, until they saw that I couldn't decide what item I would take, an employee forcibly approached me and spoke to me extremely badly, I explained that I wanted something special for my wedding day and she spoke to me with an attitude It was very bad to see that I couldn't decide on what I wanted, so it's my wedding and I want something special ? unfortunately I don't remember his name. Horrible experience! The only thing I did was leave with nothing and I had every intention of buying something but I'm not going back there.

I had the most amazing experience here and no I am not being dramatic. My boyfriend and I came in looking for a gift for his sister. We were helped by a young lady named Amanda I believe. From the moment we started the process to the very end she was so helpful. Thank you Ms. Amanda you have no idea how amazing you were and your customer service was beyond what we needed that day.

Came to pick up an item, unfortunately I had ordered it to be delivered to another location. But my review is based of the customer received at this store. Upon entry I was not greeted by the associate right in front of me, I then said Hi and she literally ignored. After I said I was picking up an item, she replied “at this location” with a very poor attitude, basically attributing that I should not be there. Definitively canceling the order and never shopping there again.
