From walking into Swarovski to leaving, I was treated like royalty, taken care of immediately! I could lick the floor for how clean it was and it was Christmas Eve. I got my mother a a couple gifts and ended up getting a free gift (Christmas ornament)

Called ahead to see if an item could be price matched and was told it would be possible, I made sure to repeat the exact price on the phone that i was looking to get the item for and was confirmed once again that I could get it for that price. Came in to the store to purchase item and the associate said that they were no longer able to offer me the price they had originally told me I could get it for and continued to say that she was there when she was not the person I had spoken with originally. I wish they would've just been honest with me over the phone instead of changing their minds last minute.

Love Swarovski jewellery pieces and watches... they are long lasting very good to look at and reasonable in price against other known brands. We shopped at the location in the Millennia Mall, Orlando where the sales associates were very welcoming and helpful... you just cannot go wrong with Swarovski!!
