Haven’t even purchased a vehicle yet. I must say all the back and forth doing this deal is my fault . At no time did my salesman Rafael get upset with me. I’ve been somewhat difficult to deal with. Still in the process of finding the right vehicle. Either way, give this dealership a shot. Nothing but professional, courteous people here. .

I hate bringing my car here for service because the prices are through the roof, but the service is excellent. I had a new battery put in my car (along with other things that have to be repaired $1700 later ) and yet they can’t even clean the corrosion off of the connections. Yes, I was upset. I most recently had I also had nearly $1000 worth of work to the car and I requested Plastic attachments needed to be installed to secure other plastic parts and they could not even do that. It would have costed maybe one dollar for these attachments and I even requested it. They only performed the work that will make them money ,even if it’s a dollar . They won’t help you with it. And it was a mechanic that forgot to reinstall these attachments.

Jeffrey is an absolutely amazing individual. He deserves a raise and all of the kudos. He helped me figure out my charging situation and was able to get everything resolved.
He was helpful, kind, and went above and beyond.

All around, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Disclaimer: Long post worth reading for folks interested in knowing how this dealership get's such good reviews. They are the same as any other crooked car dealership and Nissan seems to be behind it too.
In good conscious, I CANNOT and DO NOT recommend this dealership at any cost. I also see that most of the employees do not even drive Nissan cars or don't seem to be able to afford decent cars which much say something in regards to what they are being paid to work here.
**
I financed a 2023 Leaf SV Plus and found out that the car didn't meet the Tax Credit write-off for 2023 due to the fact that Nissan bought parts in a country that the US Government deemed did not met basic standards for car parts.
After this incident I called Nissan's Customer line and found out they call it something like Nissan Customer Advocate line, meaning they must already have knowledge of a major issue or recall status with the car I purchased.
Two months later I am in the hospital and find out that I need to leave town quickly. Not only is the car not charging at fast stations - the ChaMeDo connector does not work, I am also not able to get it charged at most of the other EV charging stations outside of the dealership.
I finally went back to the dealer after realizing the car is a Lemon under the 2023 Lemon Act. I tried to refinance the car and they re-ran my credit destroying it. It is so low it would take me several years to get it back to the 700's which it where I had it before I purchased the car.
I have been in the hospital so many times in the past month and didn't recognize how bad the car was. Most of the major systems in the car are not reliable or working properly. I have almost had to also cancel my only source of income several times due to how stressful it is to charge the car to drive it. I would 100x's over rather have purchased a Tesla or other car outside of the Nissan brand. On top of that, to add injury to insult, when I was looking at another used car to replace this one, the owner actually damaged the car I was looking at, as if to make a slight to me for trying to stick up for myself to make things right.

I went to get my oil changed. The service rep ( John Bartolotta) suggested that I have the transmission serviced because the car has 58,000 miles on it. The warranty is good for 60,000 miles. Thanks to John, I dodged a big bullet. Listen to your rep, they are there for you!!!!

I honestly had the most pleasant experience buying my car here. Mark Santana and the team made the whole process so seamless, quick and painless. I didn’t feel like I was being overly pressured into anything either. I’ve had other experiences where car dealers are way too aggressive and try to intimidate- and it is not fun. Mark was professional and patient and talked me through the whole process very nicely. I’m happy to be back with the Nissan family.
