If it were possible to give 0 starts, I would. Dayra was horrible at helping my parents and I, she was incredibly rude and didn't even want to try to help. The rules to cash a check kept changing and she made it so we wouldn't be able to. Keeping in mind, we called beforehand to make sure we had everything and were clear of what we needed. When we got there, Raul helped us and was very professional, he told us the same things we were told on the phone. Dayra got herself involved in our transaction and immediately started to deny it and find everything wrong with how we endorsed the check even though she witnessed us do it and heard her coworker tell us how to. I do not recommend this location.

Visited this location on a Saturday as our closest location does not operate on weekends. I called the day before to confirm what was needed to cash a check made out to 3 different people who were no Truist members. Upon arrival we were assisted by a gentleman who was professional and courteous. He confirmed all 3 of us needed to sign the check while present and that we could sign anywhere. After doing so he gave our check to a Dayra Mejia who for no reason immediately began giving us a difficult time. She went from saying that the signatures could not be next to one another, to saying they couldn't cash the check due to us not having an account with them. She proceeded to look up their policy and read where it confirmed the previous info given to us was correct, but still would not cash our check. Dayra took personal offense when we told her she did not know the procedures at the bank she worked for all while her co-worker kept telling her that everything was correct and she could cash the check. We asked for a manger and Dayra said there was no one available to help us so we proceeded to call customer service. We let customer service know what was going on and had to keep them on their recorded call so that Dayra would complete the transaction she is getting paid to do. Additionally, she took extra long time processing our transaction out of spite, she claimed to the customer service rep on the phone that it was due to an "alert" that popped up. This was after already running the check and asking us how we wanted our billls and that it was an $8 fee. Truly a bad experience, we can see the reviews for this Lake Nona location are so bad. The attitude and unprofessionalism at this location made us waste an hour and 20 minutes for no need. Dayra had to actually look up info and went through different sections to look for info that had already been provided to us the day before over the phone and by here co-worked at the counter that day. Truist really should ensure they have staff that are aware of their policies and procedures.

Arrived this morning to stop at the bank to make a very large deposit. Arrived just a bit after 830 this morning. Picked up some breakfast from McDonald's and started to eat. A curly headed mix lady who drove a Telsa parked beside me. I only noticed her when I looked over and she told me I couldn't park in the parking lot because of opening procedures. I kindly said ok and left. Decided to just drive down to the Lake Nona branch near Don Julio's and waited there. Interesting enough, that location as well was still closed and a branch representative never said a word to me as she unlocked the door for herself and another colleague, both women. I continued to wait until 9am, then they opened the doors. I advised the branch teller of my experience down the road at the Lake Hart location. She apologized and stated that wasn't the first time she has heard that. I'm very tempted to just park there another day and tell her this is a public parking lot, if you feel unsafe doing your job then you should find a new profession. What if my car died and I couldn't start it and i needed it towed to my dealership, would they not open the branch? I went back and drove around the parking lot looking for signs that may have been posted, regarding this policy, including the door, never saw any. Reached out to a Orange County Deputy friend of mine, he stated unless there was reasonable suspension of me committing a crime, it's a public parking lot and would have every right to stay within my vehicle. Told him good to know..Company policy is not considered law.. Its a public parking lot. As long as you don't interact with them, keep your windows up and don't interact with them until the branch opens. You have every right to park and wait, especially if your a customer..

You'd think on a day where more people can get to the bank during business hours they'd have more than ONE person working. It was an hour wait just to talk to that one person, nevermind how long it's going to take to get your business done.

I just came to this bank looking for help regarding a bank transaction. Two tellers could not help me. I asked to talk to the manager but I was told “manager is not here”. They said they could give me the phone numbers so I could call branches all over to find who could help me (I guess I can do that online). Was it not easier for them to call few branches to find out who could help client? Of note, nobody was waiting to be attended. Branch was empty. No need to give “extra mile”, it was just to give “extra feet”. These workers need to be trained about how to help clientele.

Extremely rude tellers. My wife and I waited a hour to see a banker and my wife has to use the rest room. They told my wife they don’t have one there and she had to go to Publix. The banker was very friend and she helped us after the 1:25 minute wait. Tellers are absolutely rude. Don’t lie to customers just tell them there isn’t a public restroom. To top it off they put a hold on my check and didn’t tell me why. In fact told me that can t tell me why.
