Very mean service from the bank teller vegina the Arabic woman. Would let me withdraw my own money. Made me wait so long to sit down and speak with manager and broker. Terrible experience manager Josh has so sense of urgency as well. Very disrespectful

My brother went to deposit $140 into the ATM on sunday, the machine only registered $60 and then didnt spit back the remaining $80. I have been calling the bank for the past 2 days and have yet to have anyone even pick up the phone

Unwillingness to right wrong even when truist acknowledges their mix up and fault. Unwilling to wave check cash fee when check is from them.

I always have problems at this specific location.. go to another location. They always give me problems when I need to pull cash out. I give them an ID that matches the name on my card. My last name changed yes but my maiden name is still on my debit card and my ID as well so they still match…. This is the ONLY location that doesn’t allow it. Frustrating. If it wasn’t for my husbands business account being with this bank, we wouldn’t bank here at all…PS: when you have an issue, COMMUNICATE.. don’t just leave your customer sitting there waiting for a long time because you’re trying to figure it out without just asking…

Absolutely horrible customer service and I am extremely disappointed. I went in to do some banking today and I was the only customer in the building and I stood in line by myself for 5 minutes before I just left. this is not the first time this has happened, if you're going to have tellers have them take care of the customers otherwise close your lobby. If there was an option to give zero Stars I would have taken it.

THE WORST BANK IVE EVER HAD!!! I CAN'T AND DONT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE NEGATIVES AS THERES TO MANY .IVE HAD THIS BANK FOR THREE MONTHS AND IVE BEEN TO THE LOCAL BRANCH ALREADY THREE TIMES ! AND IT WAS BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE B.S WITH THIS SHADY BANK .I WISH I NEVER LEFT WELLS FARGO! IM PLANNING ON GOING BACK ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!

Truist is the absolute worst bank. I have a business account. Truist at random decides when and how long they will hold checks for when depositing. I have been told by 3 different branches only the branch manager can override the hold and they will only do it if "They know you". I am the owner of a business and able to provide all of my credentials. I should not have to know your employees personally in order to deposit a check made out to my company into my business account. Also, on numerous occasions due to truist holding said money, they continued to charge fees although they have been holding the check for almost 14 days. I am moving my business to another bank and recommending my partners and colleagues do the same. Trusit is a Scam!!!!! If I could give them negative a million stars, I would!

Didn't go inside. I used the drive thru teller for my transaction. Everything went well and I was in and out very quickly.

It gets a one star because the ATM is horrible at accepting cash, it always says the cash cannot be read. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible Bank! Their ATM’s always have issues. They hold my checks every month with different excuses. Messed up my online account and a lot more stuff. I have my business and personal account and both have always been an issue. Horrible! horrible! horrible!

I can't speak to this specific branch but the bank overall is incapable of basic customer service or running a functioning website. They took over my mortgage loan two months ago and we're still unable to set up an online account to make payments. Calls to their hotline for assistance ended with a 30 minute wait on the phone only to have their representative say "try it again in 24 hours or a couple of days". Several days later there's still no resolution. In this day and age and for a BANK to not be able to set up an easy way to receive money, that's absurd. Here's to hoping the loan gets serviced by someone else with basic technological capabilities.

DO NOT put your money with this bank! I was with SunTrust for twenty years. Never had a problem accessing my funds when I needed them. Now they're Truist. Went today to withdraw a small sum I needed for a procedure tomorrow and had more than plenty in my account for the transaction. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND TOLD THEM A WEEK IN ADVANCE!! They didn't have the money. Isn't that a bank's sole purposes???
