RICK IS A RACISTS PRICK, He got upset yelled at me and told me get out because I asked a question regarding turnaround time for coolant check, every customer that pulled in pulled out IMMEDIATELY he treats his employees of color as if they are slaves and talks to customers as if he is working for free. Definitely need to wash his rump to clear the grump being rude to potential customers is disgusting especially when I called the prior day to spend over $300 on brakes for a Chevy Impala 0 stars. Being Elderly isn’t a reason to be a loser to paying customers retire and be at peace CLOSE THE STORE NOBODY BUYS GAS EVER

Went here twice. First time they tried to convince me that I needed a new gas cap. Took it somewhere else and it was fine.
Second time they tried to convince me that I needed a new engine. I took my car to Toyota and it needed a wster pump. Always get a second opinion. Go for gas but not for service

First time going to the Sunoco. I drove in to have air put in one tire. Tim went around and checked all four, just to make sure they were all at required pressure. Very pleasant personality!

My first time trying this place out and they were great. A simple oil change and request to rotate my tires. They look up specifications for your car instead of asking you. They did not find anything else wrong with my car, which I think is a first for me when taking a car into a shop. Instead of just rotating the tires and charging me, they checked and determined it wasn't needed. I mentioned a squeaky door when checking out and he came out and oiled it for me. Got in my car and started looking up how to reset the oil life gauge, and then noticed that they already did that for me. A very pleasant experience, which can be tough to find with car service.

So, so disappointed. Been going to Sunoco for years to get my car serviced and I have been waiting for over two weeks for them to call me back concerning parts for my car. So unprofessional. Fortunately, I have great coworkers who have recommended a new mechanic.

They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and know how to fix your car for a reasonable price. They are experienced in many skills such as diagnostics, problem solving and repairing your car to your satisfaction. I appreciate them to always take care of my car properly.

This place was horrible. I explained that I didn't know much about cars and the manger I guess belittled me the whole time and was extremely rude the entire time. So at first they say I can't leave and come back in and hour I have to drop it off right now or wait until Monday. So I leave my car with them and they check it out. I get a call that this that and the other is all broken and there's not point in putting break pads in. These people wanted to 1500 dollars!!! He continued to be rude on the phone. I made a phone call to my dads personal mechanic and he said bring it up to him. Anyways I go back to get my car because I'm not paying 1500 dollars I don't have that kind of money. Anyways this guy explains what's wrong and then charges me damn near FIFTY DOLLARS FOR NOTHING. Anyways I finally got my car took it to my dads mechanic and ended up getting it fixed and it's running perfect driving perfect and coming to a complete without making a sound. Don't bring your car here and if you can avoid the guy in the blue shirt behind the desk he's extremely rude.
