Just an incredible place for suits, the staff is super knowledgeable and the service is always 10/10. Great selection and the in house tailor is fantastic. Also ask for Joe, his experience and expertise is unmatched!

We first came in looking to purchase a suit for my daughter for her upcoming wedding. We first met with Phil and he assured us this was the place for us, after having such terrible luck at some other local suit stores. I wanted to make sure that my daughter would feel comfortable selecting a suit and was told it would be no problem at all. The day we came in we were upset to see that Phil was out for the day even though he had told us he would be there something had come up, my daughter was in from out of state so we stayed and shopped anyway with some members of her wedding party. The salesman that we dealt with on that day was terrible, I don't even remember his name as he never really introduced himself. He was very little help other than the perfect color of the suit. He did some pinning of the jacket and pants but we decided to wait until she was here this month to return for the alterations. We didn't have a great experience but we had the suit so ultimately that's what mattered.
We returned on Tuesday 8/13 to do a fitting for alterations, I had called ahead to see if Phil was in and was told he was on vacation...I briefly explained our past visit and was assured that the gentleman on the phone would be waiting for us and take care of us when we came in. Let me tell you that is exactly what Bass did!! He is an amazing asset to your store and he made everything a million times better and what turned this zero star review unto a five star review. With the great help of Alondra and the actual Tailor (who's name I don't remember) my daughter found out that she was in the wrong size and type of suit. Bass combed the store for the perfect color and size that she needed in the new style and spent so much time chatting with her and making sure she was comfortable. It's the exact experience we wanted for the first time we were there but we were so happy to have it now and the suit is going to be perfect. My daughter lives out of state so this whole thing has been crazy at times with planning but we are so excited to get her suit back in a few weeks for the final sitting. Thanks Bass and Alondra, you guys are great!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to the gals and guys at suitciti and special thanks to MR BASS.
THE suit fit like a glove, relax and breathable.
Though out the wedding i was getting compliments from both males and females.

My husband shopped here for a suit while we were on vacation June 2024. He found a very nice suit that he was extremely happy with and they altered it for pick up the very next day! We were both very happy with their service, and we will return yearly while there on vacation!

I called the store Friday at 11:03 am and spoke with the owners nephew, ZACH. I asked him about a specific pair of pants that I saw last time I was there. He said they were in stock. I told him that I wouldn't be able to come in until the next day, looking to make the purchase over the phone. I ended up driving there on Saturday, from Wildwood IN THE RAIN and the pants are not in stock. I'm livid! Unless you know someone who works there, choose another store.

The service at this place is 10000%. We went in just looking for a burgundy tux which we had a hard time finding anywhere else. When we walked into the store we were blown away by how many suit and tux options they have . We were shown a couple different options and were given very good advise by Neimo on how we could incorporate more of our wedding colors into my fiance’s tux. We were so happy with the service we were given the first time that we also had all 6 groomsmen and my stepdad go to purchase there suits there as well! They have a good size range and are able to tailor and do adjustments as they did for all 8 the suits we got! I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Received fantastic service from the manager, I had called prior to making a decision on this location. He was extremely helpful and courteous over the phone, so I chose him to come to. After making a decision on a white suit, he was very professional and offered to have it sized for me and, for a small fee, even rushed it so I would have it for a birthday party.
