On phone 10 minutes with no quote. Guy repeated “give me one sec” a hundred times in a 10 minute call to the point I just ended the call. I’m sure the service is good but the phone operator made it difficult.

From the moment Noah answered the phone, our experience with Stellar Towing was excellent. Noah confirmed the location of our vehicle with specific identifying information as well as the address of the service provider. He gave us a realistic time estimate and then followed up when our driver was on his way to us. Christopher, our driver, texted us and, upon arrival, was a true professional - handling our vehicle with safety and efficiency. We recommend Stellar towing!

I highly recommend this towing company. Last night my son’s car broke down around 8:30 pm, I called them and they gave me a fair price for towing, they were there in 20 minutes just like they promised. The young person in the tow truck was very professional and knew what he was doing.

My wife had waited for 3 hours for a AAA tow truck. We called Stellar Towing and (a live person answered) they were there in 30 minutes. Courteous and engaging at 10:30 PM with our drop off location 45 minutes away. AWESOME.

Our driver Christopher was all that we could hope for. He was very professional, courteous and have a great smile. He stayed in contact with me the entire time he picked up my vehicle. Til the time he dropped it off. Josh was very nice as well Josh started entire experience off right with STELLAR TOWING AND RECOVERY service. Thank u guys for being that calm after the unfortunate morning I had this morning January 3rd 2024.

Really looked out for me during a very stressful time when my car stalled on me. The guy even gave me a discount and the young man who came to tow my car was very quick and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service all around!
