This CrossFit gym is awesome! The coaches are super supportive and always ready to help out. Theres a workout for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Plus, the environment is great, and you'll meet some awesome people here. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Great gym! Wish i could give more stars. Drop-in from out of town. Roy was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Made sure form was correct and also made sure you got your sweat on! SUPER CLEAN.I'll be back tomorrow while still in town.

Great space and great people. My wife and I had an absolute blast here when we dropped in. Roy was a great coach and owner. He walked around class and gave cues to help us improve. I’d highly recommend dropping in if you are visiting the Orlando area. Or if you live nearby, come check out a class!

We love dropping in at CrossFit gyms when we travel and this has been an amazing place to come hang for a few days. Roy and the whole gym made us feel so welcome. Space is a good size and well laid out.

I was quite nervous coming into a Crossfit gym since I had never done these types of workouts, and hadn't been to a regular gym in years. Coach Roy made the start up process super easy though and answered all my questions. I've been attending classes 3 times a week, most of the time with Coach Karla. She is awesome! Her positive energy is contagious and she pushes you to do your best. The coaches also explain each movement and proper positioning. Really a great gym overall!!

Joining Steel Furnace CrossFit was a phenomenal decision! I always look forward to each session. Coach Roy and Carla are super friendly, professional, supportive and patient. They genuinely celebrate your progress, and the atmosphere exudes a sense of belonging and teamwork. I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend it 100%!

Steel Furnace CrossFit was A-1! The music was spot on and the gym felt very clean. It was my first crossfit class in years, and Coach Roy made sure I was taken care of with the appropriate level of instruction and attention to ensure each movement was safe with the proper technique. Great class for all levels and extremely welcoming! Highly recommend.

One of the best boxes in the Orlando area! The environment is great, everyone welcomes you since day one. Clean facilities and equipment is very well taken care of. Coaches are great, they know what they are talking about and will push you to be the best version of yourself. Roy is a professional and really cares about his members!
