The hotel has a great spot. Is approx 15min away from all the Disney Parks and 5 min away from Sea World. It offers transportation to Sea World and Aquatica park. The bedrooms are comfy. The room, depending of which you choose, is spacious and had a kitchen available with appliances like coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. It offers housekeeping everyday and the housekeepers are really kind, all the staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. It also offers a buffet which is a plus with options like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, parfait, whole fruits, bread and bagels, waffles and coffee and tea. I would definitely come back here!!

Samantha and the housekeeping manager were so awesome at check in! Rooms were a little delayed in being ready but this team has such amazing customer service, def made up for it. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Definitely coming back :)

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, room was clean and spacious and overall staff were very friendly.
Only small complaint is the air conditioner was a bit loud, felt a bit like it couldn't keep up with the heat.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at the staff was absolutely incredible and they were more than happy to help you with any of your concerns or questions and it’s only three minutes from SeaWorld and I think it’s about six minutes from Aquatica and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had such a great time, and the staff was very helpful, and the staff was very willing to help us with anything that we needed along with our stay we had extended our stay longer than we expected because it it was such an amazing place to stay. It was so convenient to Publix and other stores in the surrounding areas. It was an amazing time.

Very disappointed, air conditioning much too noisy, cockroach in the bathroom, outdoor swimming pool seen on the garage, there are 8 of us, there are only 3 beds with a mini sofa bed. In short, I advise against

We stayed here June 9-16. We booked our package through Discovery Cove, and then bought Disney tickets, so we had a very busy week. This place is top shelf. Free breakfast was awesome, pool was clean, rooms were spotless. We really were able to save money by making our own lunches and dinners a few nights during the week. We walked to SeaWorld both times, so it was extremely convenient.
My only issues with this property are the sizes of the trash cans in the rooms. You're basically staying in a studio apartment with 4 people and getting trash cans that are smaller than an office waste basket. You're cooking, and cleaning, and doing a lot of tourist things which does generate a lot of waste; not to mention two small children, one of whom is in diapers, will also generate a lot of trash. Our trash was overflowing almost immediately. We were not the only family that had this issue. Quite often people were leaving trash bags outside their doors, so it was not uncommon to see bags of trash sitting in the hall.
I also think they should remove the office desks from the room and set up a small table and chairs to sit down and eat. Again, if you're renting a studio apartment with the ability to cook, it'd be more practical to have a place to sit and eat.
Another issue was no safe in the room. We had cash with us, and I felt very uncomfortable leaving it in the room, but also didn't want to take all of it unto parks all day. I had to hide money in the room and first thing I'd when we got in for the night was go right to my hiding spot and make sure it was all there.
Overall, it's about cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and value. The staff was amazing, and helpful with anything we needed. The free breakfast, and full kitchen were amazing touches to get bang for our buck. The mattresses were the best I've slept on, and the AC was super cold at all times. We had a blast, and loved every second we stayed there. The place was immaculate, and the pool was refreshing. I'd definitely stay there again.
Rooms: Spotless. Clean. Comfortable. Love the kitchen. Love the cold AC.
Get a safe, a table, and bigger trash cans and then no one can touch this place.
Nearby activities: All the usual Orlando stuff. Icon Park, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Disney, Universal. All close by. We also went for ice cream and mini golf one or two nights.
Safety: Well lit parking lots. Staff was always present and willing to help. All doors locked as they should and cards required to open always worked.
Walkability: SeaWorld right across the street and visible from our room. 5 minute walk. Discovery Cove and Aquatica are walkable, but with kids it was better for us to drive. Literally a 3 minute drive to either one.
Food & drinks: Free breakfast with fresh made waffle station. Bagels, toast, coffee, tea, juices, fruit, eggs. You name it. It was all delicious and super convenient. Also saves money!

Great price, location, staff, and space in the suite. AC In room was very noisy and living room couch was pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast and pool were okay. Overall met all the essential needs and was worth the price, but could be better.

Never staying here again! Horrible experience the staff treated us like we had to beg for our room also there was some stuff missing when we came back from taking breakfast .
I’m glad we didn’t stay here more than one day we also found roaches on the fridge and got somebody trying to get into our room while my kids were watching tv DONT STAY HERE!!! ITS NOT SAFE any hotel can be better than this HORRIBLE place

This was our 2nd stay at this location and I can already tell you it WON'T be our last! Location, Value, Customer Service are just a few things that this place exemplifies! We stayed 9 days, 8 nights, we took full advantage of almost all of their amenities. We used the Pool, Laundry, ate Breakfast every day, Our Family thoroughly enjoyed Chef Miguel's Dinners on Mon, Tues & Wed, enjoyed a cookie each evening as well! As a Family of 4, we find great value in the SeaWorld Package we purchase each year. We visited Aquatica 5 days and SeaWorld on 4 different occasions during our stay. It was so convenient to get there and back and not have to drive 30+ minutes with tired and hot kids!!! We will see you all next Summer !!

The room was spacious and clean. It was helpful to have the full sized refrigerator and snack bar. Bathroom had Dove Body Wash, Dove Shampoo and Dove Conditioner. The sink area just outside the toilet/shower room/area, had Dove liquid Handsoap and Dove Body Lotion....all of these were full size bottles so if you have thick hair you don't have to worry about having enough from the typical small bottles. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, stove top and microwave. They do provide dish soap and a dishwasher pack. Housekeepers were very friendly...but they didn't make our beds one of the days. Before our checkout day, we asked for a late checkout, which they said we could only have until noon since they were sold out, which we understood. Unfortunately we had housekeeping entering our room at 11:20 and then the front desk called and said we were supposed to be out at 11am. When we told them we were told we could stay until noon, the desk agent said there wasn't any notes in the system and that we needed to check out....which was a little frustrating. Aside from that hiccup, we enjoyed the outdoor pool, the shuttle service to Aquatica and Sea World, the free breakfast buffet each morning and the evening reception with drinks & dinner foods Monday - Wednesday. Cleanliness wise it was good and we would definitely stay again.

Listen up Folks this hotel was everything from guest service to breakfast and dinner. Director of service Omar was friendly and had a great smile ? dinner was yummy good: Fanny and Miguel did there thing in the kitchen. An old saying make a man meal out of no meal;Chef Miguel ?? did his things.The rooms were fresh and clean. I can be very picky and they meet my expectations PERIOD!!
They use Dove soap and hair products.
Come on somebody and say AMEN!!
