Ordered a same day pick up early in the morning website claiming 3pm latest, however despite being same day pickup order wasn’t completed until after store closed, plus product (business cards) was off color rendering them useless due to corporate branding policies. While not all of this is the store fault the poor quality of the printing experience in general should give you pause.

I am not sure if your staff is taught good customer service but I found one of employees to be extremely rude. To describe this person,they look between middle to older adult and had auburn colored hair. Anyway, when asked questions and clarification of services, I received this person’s tone to be judgmental and condescending as if I am beneath her. I am not sure if this is how customers should be treated. This specific location is quite conveniently located, but unfortunately that experience will forever play in my head and will not visit this store again. Warning to new customers, I suggest finding another store that upholds the value of stewardship towards their customers. Further more, I warn you of this lady, when she looks at you as if you are the dumbest person in the plane and speaks to you like so, just know you are not. And it’s okay to ask questions.

Honestly one of the worst experience. I had sent in a request to have a picture printed on special paper for a cd insert. On the website it says “leave an instructions.” I left an instructions to let the employees that works at this staples to print the correct size for me since they don’t let you adjust it on their website. She gave me an attitude since the start, then I told her that other staples had followed the instructions I had given them, and her response was “well they probably accommodated you.” So was like … and you can’t? Then she proceed to say “so you want it or not?” I said no and left. Will not be returning.

This store is a shame for all other staples. I can’t believe regional management allows this store manager to run such a dirty place. The entire showroom is dirty but the real shock is the men’s room. One stall the toilet seat is broken off and hasn’t operated on a very long time judging by the crushed dirt. The other one the towel dispenser is hanging to the wall by one broken screw. Close your eyes to the filth. Gave them two stars instead of one because they had the product I needed and the cashier was friendly.

I have used this staples location to print various greetings cards for years. Today when I went to pickup a print order, I was so impressed by Brenda working in the print shop. She was helping 5 different customers at once, but giving each of us personal attention and multitasking with ease. She was attentive and friendly, even when helping another customer with a misprint. She made sure I was happy with my print before packaging and had a genuine desire to help people get what they needed. Thank you, Brenda!

Never come here first print and copy unless you want to be fleeced. 4 times more expensive than a UPS store and you have to do it yourself

Complete waist of time. The employees in the print department are unhelpful, and completely dumbfounded on anything you request- even as simple as just helping on faxing off papers. 2x time dealing with the snob attitudes and no knowledge of their job in their department.

I went with my kids for the TSA service. The associate Marilyn was not friendly and appeared to be overwhelmed. The manager should consider changing her position. It made the whole process very unpleasant.

I am extremely disappointed with my TSA appt experience at this location, and HIGHLY recommend making the drive to a different Idemia location rather than dealing with the rep, Michelle. I walked in to my appt 3 minutes late, and couldn't find the TSA enrollment center as it's tucked all the way in the back corner of the store by the restrooms, and there was minimal marketing to guide you to the station. The Staples staff was busy helping other customers, so instead of interrupting, I just walked through the store to find the enrollment station myself. By the time I got back there, it was now 7 minutes past my appointment time block. The TSA rep, Michelle, came out of the bathroom and was immediately annoyed by my presence. She was extremely rude stating that I was late and that her lunch started promptly at 1PM and that it would have taken 5 minutes to do the application, and that she refused to do the enrollment. I understand that it was my fault for being late due to work obligations, and I would have understood denying the appointment caused by that; however, I have not been spoken too with such hatred by an initial interaction in my life, that it caught me completely off guard.I requested to speak with management, and it didn't appear that the assistant manager Matthew had much empathy, and based on the reviews I've read at this location, I'm sure it's because he gets these types of complaints from Michelle often. Matthew shared that the system locks down the TSA rep during their lunch hour, so Michelle physically would not have been able to start the application due to the timing. My advice to the store is that there is a way to politely communicate this, rather than to be abrasive and seem that it's an unwillingness to help, instead of due to a system limitation.It is okay to have a bad day, but it is not okay to treat anyone with blatant disrespect - especially when they have not done anything to warrant that type of behavior.

I walked in, and the product that I wanted was on the shelf with a reasonable selection of alternatives within the segment. I then walked to the cashier and purchased the product, and was not harassed for additional services at the register.God what a low standard for a five star review, but here we are. Your competition can no longer figure out how to put products on shelves in their physical retail stores, so I guess that's the bar now.

It is one of the largest Stapples stores, with practically all types of school, stationery and office supplies. We find plenty of material for packaging, drawing and painting and furniture for professional or residential offices at good prices. There is also a large reprographics and printing service. About the staff, which seemed to be large, we spent a considerable amount of time inside the store, but no one approached us to ask if we needed help with something, which would sound kind.
