I went into the Staples in Palatka, Florida to make an Amazon return. It was my first time returning anything and I was trying to bring up the return code on my phone and it was taking longer than 20 seconds and the rude woman working in the copy center on 10/23/23 around 9:20 am was very short and rude telling me she had better things to do than wait for me to bring up the code. Very rude. There was maybe 2 other customers in the entire store and I was the only one at the copy/return desk. I'll never step foot in this store again!!!!

I went to the print shop in Clearwater after emailing store 1544 6 photos for color prints. There was a line of people for print and one single other store patron. The print shop person was very efficient and friendly and informative, BUT over run. A Staples employee wearing a black shirt was more interested in getting a printer sales display just right instead of helping the customer flow. After which he went to the check out area and conversed with the register person while we waited.An Amazon return kiosk has been added to the store obviously to drive traffic while the only thing keeping the lights on is the print shop area. Local and probably upper management needs a skills assessment. Too bad because if people moved in and out they might stay and shop. Maybe if the print shop customers see a wait put out some percentage off in-store purchases unless closing more bricks is the goal.One employee in print shop 7 people waiting.One customer in the store area three employees helping/leaning.Well done.

HANDS DOWN the WORST EXPERIENCE Ever when it came to get in my business cards done the company has put me through the ringer for the past month and a half with no results and horrible customer service honestly I’m pretty easy-going but this has been Such a horrible experience from a company like Staples ,even calling the corporate office They were no help to me at all I literally just wasted $300 and I’m so upset about it. Thank you so much Staples I will never again work with this company like never again

I worked with Teri in the print center at my local Venice, Fl Staples. She went above and beyond in assisting me with flyers and cards for my new business. Teri fixed my errors and made the flyers and cards look very professional all while listening to my ideas and concerns to make it happen. I wish all people in the service industry were this kind and professional. Thank you Teri and I hope Staples realizes what an asset you are to their company.

I want the corporate office to know of my experience at the Tampa location on North Dale Mary location...I am a disabled war veteran from Iraq. I visited the Tampa location to purchase a laser printer. I placed the printer and several other items in my cart...as I went to check on several other items, was not even gone 5 min, Andre put all my items back on the shelf. When confronted, he was rude and condescending!!! To a disabled veteran!! I will NEVER buy another item from Staples...let alone that one! Take your business elsewhere..you don't need to pay more, AND be insulted!!! Dr. Richard Kantwill

Parking is awful for visitors. You have to first go inside to get a parking pass and there is no temporary parking to do so, that makes a real pita to visit. So you park far away to then go inside, take an elevator to visitor floor, get your parking pass and then walk back outside yo your car, move you car to the parking garage and find a empty spot that is not reserved. On the other hand the little cafe inside got some pretty good food and healthy options

That tried putting a 53-foot trailer into the dock, it's physically impossible to get a 53-foot trailer into the dock. I seen with my own two eyes some imbecile trying to put a trailer in there any and up trailer tearing his ICC bumper off the trailer! This place is not made for a 53-foot trailer you cannot even pull a truck and trailer into the place without running over the concrete curbs in the little plants that put all over the place and make it look so pretty for the cars. This place is paid for a 20 foot straight truck if that's it

I will never go back to the Largo, Florida store again. The printing department manager yelled at me and said the rudest comments ever. I have never been treated so bad. I will be pursing this further.

Nice building to work at. Multiple elevators and restrooms (which are always clean), lots of parking, WITH SHADE, which helps during hot summer days.
