After being forced to purchase Spectrum services in an illegal tying arrangement where renting my condo was tied to purchasing spectrum internet services through an HoA assessment, I was also forced to go to this store to pick up equipment. Both store attendants watched the Alabama football game and made me wait 35 minutes to pick up new equipment.

Why do I always lose service with y’all? Internet and cell phone service, multiple times a week it goes down. And you raise prices. Shame on you spectrum. Y’all are terrible

Ask for Sam. He is great. He did everything he could to deescalate the problems I was having with the manager and the service equipment at Spectrum. Fourth time with bad customer experience and equipment. First I was told to get a $35 ground for my modem. Than today the manager told me it’s my fault since I didn’t have a coaxial cable ground (another $55 added expense) manager said I wouldn’t have these problems if I would just listen. ? wow! Good luck Mr Manager!

I have NEVER, I repeat, NEVER been anywhere and had better service. I’m not just saying this lightly either. Dominic for the 2 minutes we interacted, you were the most attentive, sweet, helpful and FAST person I’ve ever ever ever EVER dealt with. I can not thank you enough for getting me in and out with everything I needed in such a tiny space of time. I wanna come back just to give you guys donuts.

I had the worst experience ever with spectrum mobile. From lack of communication on esign needed for a new SIM card I got in February resulting in me paying for a bill we weren’t using for 4 months. On 6/19/24 I came in to upgrade my eligible iPhone and give my son my other iPhone on my account. I paid off his phone and got him switched to the phone with no problem. On my upgrade the system went haywire and I had to put my social and personal information in 4x. I eventually had to call customer service to get the phone activated and they were able to activate the phone. I leave the store and the next day Luis the manager called saying the activation was done wrong and my phone would be blacklisted and shut off if I didn’t return back to the store. I came back the next day system issue wasn’t resolved. Came back a third day system wasn’t resolved and my new phone was taken from me due to them not being able to fix the system issue. I was advised to possibly use another carrier across the street and port over my spectrum phone number. I left phone less and with no solution to my problem nor credits placed on my account as promised. Although this was a system issue and they tried to help the fact that no solution was given nor anything for the 3 days of total chaos and months of me overpaying? I’ve now been on the phone over an hr trying to port my number over from spectrum. Total nightmare! Zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRUM IF YOU COULD.
