Canceled my service due them charging me for things I never ordered. Came to return my equipment, because I was told to either return directly to the store an ups store. Didn’t seem like the employees felt like working and claimed they couldn’t take my equipment and I need to go to ups. The cherry on top to one of my worst experiences ever with a company.

The storm fried my modem and I needed to get a new one. Went into the store the staff was friendly and quick.
Luis/ Louis was amazing! He placed my new modem in a bag and sealed it shut tight to keep the equipment from getting wet. The manager was amazing as well. 10 out of 10

Went there over the weekend it was busy! Only 2 employees but they were super friendly and attentive!
Very pleased with being able to get my phone ported over to spectrum.! And being able to pay my bill.

The staff here, especially Luis, was amazing. I was having a pretty frustrating day and he went out of his way to make it better. I demanded to speak with his supervisor to let her know how stellar he is. He wouldn't even let me thank him by taking him out for margaritas but hopefully that will change.

Amazing customer service from Edgar. We were using a different service carrier on our phones and he helped us navigate how to unlock our phones and switch to Spectrum. He was so patient, kind, and polite. He spent hours make sure the phones were activated so we wouldn’t have to come back to Spectrum the next day. I’ve never experienced such good customer service!

I went to the Store located on Millenia and my experience was wonderful! Edgar was my Store Specialist and he went above and beyond. His product knowledge and price comparison for my unique circumstance/ budget was a perfect example of great customer service. He was not only friendly but efficient while not pressuring which is what is needed in Sales for this generation. The process was quick yet he explained every question I had thoroughly. He deserves a raise/promotion!

Right when you walk in the door you have a lady telling you your 5th in line. Just need to drop my equipment off. Only have two dudes working in the whole store helping customers when there’s 5 families waiting. Maybe hire more people ?

Not good if you need to make changes to account or internet services. They just made me call spectrum support. Store is just for cell phone sales primarily.
