worst customer service ever!! went in trying to get information regarding cellular services and the employee lied about being the manager until the actual manager walked in. it was a tall hair thinning, patched beard Spanish guy and he doesn't know how to speak to people. And then he was on his phone not paying attention when I was asking a simple question. if you're reading this, please avoid going here because you're better off speaking to customer service over the phone.

Spectrum is the best provider in the Avalon Park/Waterford Lakes are after 25 years of experiences with companies like Adelphia, Comcast/Exfinity, Britehouse and ATT. Spectrum was and is the only company that is even trying to better the customer experience. Comcast was the absolute worst. Whenever I have an issue with Spectrum they will try their best to resolve it with a very high success rate. Issues with equipment were fixed with a direct exchange at this store. Service to my household is usually resolved within the day. And lately have received a text notifying me of an outage and an expected fix by a certain time. I'm happy with that and their service overall.

Just went to the Waterford location and Chris and Abnar were awesome. Spent half my day looking for white cable extensions for my spectrum box at other stores. They hooked me up and showed me how to add the extensions. Thank you so much!!

Chris and alma was good people I refer people to go to that location for any services they good to us they. Showed us love as coustmers and made sure we was ok .

We arrived at the store to check out the phones. We walked in at 7:15 the store closed at 8:00. The representative had already removed all the display phones and refused to show us anything or help us. Basically, he refused us service.

We cancelled our service a couple of months ago and now Spectrum employees are coming to our house several times per week, ringing our doorbell five or six times in a row and waking up our toddler from her nap just to harass us to sign back up. I keep saying we're not interested and they keep harassing us.

I have had bad experiences with spectrum in the past and would never go back to them again. To be clear this is towards the company and not an individual store. I recently moved and was forced to go with them for the supposed speed because of what the neighborhood offers. Worst decision ever! My wife works from home and would lose internet during working hours several times. Spectrum knew about it because they sent us an alert say there was and outage. We hated them so much we cancelled and went with ATT at like 5 times slower speed. It's been working great. I was recently sent a bill from spectrum for $74. Their explanation is that because I canceled a few days after billing cycle they are required to bill me for the entire month. I spoke with manager and they would not budge on this. I've worked with many companies and they very easily have the power to waive the fee for an unhappy costumer. Spectrum doesn't give a crap about complaints or bad reviews. They are slowly digging a grave for themselves. The customers have the power in numbers. You all have to start canceling them! That's the only way things will change. Don't get spectrum no matter what deal they give you. It will never be worth the problems you'll have.

Hubby was just in there with a question about a nrand new Samsung purchased overseas, customer service guy was so rude, wasn't helpful at all, dismissed him with a quick ," no it has to be purchased in the US" didn't take the time to check if the phone was compatible for service, probably the reason the store was empty, Spectrum Customer service workers, if you're having a bad day, stay home.

Overall, it was a good experience. Great deal on phones and service, but transferring (porting) my cell phone was a pita.

This store refused to take my router turn in even tho everywhere you can find information it says that you can bring it to ANY spectrum store. They are just lazy and I would not recommend wasting your time coming here.
