My family had the unfortunate experience of working with this moving company as it came recommended by our realtor. It was an incredibly easy move from one house to another in the same complex and it included only several pieces of furniture as we moved the smaller items.My issues were:- the moving crew arrived late with no warning / were slightly disorganized - I had inquired into shoe covers in my new home the day before, but the crew didn't have any so some of them were walking around on our brand new carpet with shoes on.- I'm not even sure how you can do this, but for less than 2 min truck ride from one house to the next, they broke the leg of our dresser, so this item became almost unusable.- they broke my husbada's bookshelf (it somehow split open)- when moving furniture to the second floor, they dinged our brand new wall and made a hole. One of the crew members tried to fill it in, but even with that it looks off as the color is not the same.Overall - very SLOPPY job for a such an easy move. Then I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their customer service, Justyn Cole - in their bus dev group. He was utterly unprofessional, not understanding and definitely not accommodating.If you can avoid this company, definitely do! Not worth the money, hassle and negative experience!
