If I could give 0 stars I would. I canceled my account.... no email was sent as when you request cancellation, they state in 12 hours an email will be sent with cancel link. (Exact words: "...after which you will be get an email containing the cancellation link") Not even correct grammar. I was charged again and my account shows active.... I want it cancelled.

I recently used SolutionInn's tutoring and study membership, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. I am thrilled to share my positive experience with others!The tutoring sessions I had were exceptional. The tutors were highly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping me understand the subject matter except one but overall it was good. Moreover, study membership proved to be an invaluable resource throughout my semester. The vast array of study materials available, including comprehensive notes, practice exercises, provided me with a well-rounded learning experience. I appreciated the platform's user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and access the resources I needed.They truly understand that each student has unique learning preferences and goals. Additionally, the customer support team was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns I had.I can see the reviews here by some of the customers but I never faced such issues. I would suggest to contact the customer support if you face any issue, they will promptly get back to you.

Beware, SolutionInn is fraudulently charging people with cancelled accounts as indicated by someone else who had the same experience as me in another review. Do not start account with these people, they will take funds from your card even when you've stopped using the service for over 2 years.EDIT: Disregard the owner's reply, whatever claims they make about being able to properly cancel memberships and obtain refunds are demonstrated to immediately be false by the sheer number of other people who report being in the same situation as me in their reviews. If you take a look at the reviews on this company, the only good ones are from 3+ years ago which indicates a change in management. Almost all reviews made within the past year are 1-star and discuss being scammed by this "business," if you can even call it that. The owner also seems to be making new accounts to post good reviews on their own business as they are unnecessary long and follow the same talking points that the owner uses. Whatever you do, do not register with SolutionInn as you will be scammed out of a lot of money through fraudulent charges to your bank account or PayPal. I have since taken all my payment details off of PayPal since being charged. Frankly, I do not even remember registering or even giving my payment details to SolutionInn, so I believe that some sort of fraud is at play here.

They are charging my card for a canceled account. They do not have any phone number, their is no way to remove my card. I just have to cancel my card, so that these criminals will not charge it any more. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Can't say it any louder, SCAM!! Like the other reviews, I tried canceling my membership, but still ended up getting charged for the next month and they keep trying to charge me still, even though my membership is cancelled. I couldn't get my money back that they took and they won't respond when I am trying to get my account deleted. If you are considering using this company's services RUN THE OTHER WAY!! It is not worth the hassle.
