  DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! We met with the owner last year, Jannaka, and at first she seemed nice. she set us up with so many things for our small business, which later we did not need at all. She did this to make money for herself, but not doing what would be best for our small business.   DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! We met with the owner last year, Jannaka, and at first she seemed nice. she set us up with so many things for our small business, which later we did not need at all. She did this to make money for herself, but not doing what would be best for our small business. A few weeks ago, we wanted to cancel one of the services and after we did this, she really changed her tune! She seemed no longer interested in us or our small business. Jannaka and her team there do not return phone calls, and they do not return or respond to emails either. When you call them, they talk extremely fast, and want to get you off of the phone! Jannaka, the owner, is so rude and talks very very fast, and never wants to spend much time with us to go over our small business concerns or needs. She rushes you off the phone, and doesn't answer my questions to our concerns! It took her and her team 3 months to do our taxes for 2017, which is crazy! If we would have had another company do it, it would have taken them about 3 days. Very Very bad service with this company, with the owner Jannaka, and her team! They do not do things on time or in a timely manner. She did some IRS paperwork for us for 2017, and because she did not do her job properly, we recently got a letter from the IRS stating that we were late in filing one of our forms. This was the fault of Jannaka, the owner. Because it was her fault, I ask for her to pay it, and she refused!!! It was her fault, and did not want to admit it and take the blame, and told us that we would now have to pay!!! If you use this company for anything, you will be so sorry. Stay clear of hiring this company!!!!
