I placed an order for business cards and yard signs with Signs Depot. However, my experience with this company was extremely negative.I placed the order on March 13th and after four days, I stopped by to inquire if they were ready. I was told they would be ready on Monday. When I went on Monday to pick up my order, I was informed that they would not be ready until Thursday or Friday. Later, they promised me that my order would be ready on Wednesday, but on that day, they were still not ready. Additionally, no one called me on Thursday to update me on the status of my order, and nothing was sent to me for approval. I was tired of making the 35-minute trip to their office.Moreover, I found that Signs Depot was not reliable in their work. My items were poorly made, smudged, and had stains. They also did not match what I ordered.Furthermore, the customer service at Signs Depot was terrible. I did not receive timely updates on my order, and I had to call them myself to inquire about the status. When I tried to discuss the issue with them, they were rude and unwilling to help me resolve the issue.Signs Depot turned out to be very irresponsible and deceitful. I cannot recommend this company for business cards and yard signs. If you want to avoid problems with this company, it is better to find another supplier.

Have been shopping with many other companies and came across to Sign Depot and met with the owner of Business, Manuel did meet all our requirements with reasonable prices and more than that he provided services more faster than what we got from others. So we are really happy to deal with them and definitely will be coming back again for next orders! Recommend for all and give 5 Star Review for sure!

My boyfriend went to get 4 shirts heat pressed with his logo. He sent the logo via email and they received it while he was at the establishment. Any discrepancies could of been brought to his attention the day of. He paid upfront and just expected them to deliver but instead they made the whole process complicated and tried to charge him extra when he went to pick up the shirts. Being a man of principle he decided not to pay the extra money and left empty handed and out of $60 plus the money he paid for the shirts. But it’s a small price to pay if means withdrawing as a future customer. Terrible business acumen. The front desk lady is of poor character and seems to have deep rooted issues. Her bold demeanor comes from a place of weakness and she thought she could dangle his shirts in front of him like cheese to a rat and make him pay extra. He said the shirts looked really good but just because she fell in love with the shirts more then he did doesn’t mean he should pay extra just to have them. Forget this place! Do your self a favor and find a place with higher quality people.
