I've been going to one of their stylist Destiny for years and for some reason on this appointment she decided to cancel on me on the day of a few hours before without giving me recommendations as to someone who can take care of me , she expressed that she wasn't feeling well and she had been doing hair yesterday all day and all day the day of. She wanted to reschedule for the next day after she finishes a client. I agree to it and then literally 28 minutes before the appointment she begged me to reschedule for, she text me that she won't be able to make it.... But you've been doing all these styles for other clients, just not mine? Not too tired for them I guess. It's the lack of communication and knowing that you had no intentions of doing my hair, if you're too booked and can't take care of yourself to do your job then don't have the whole month of March opened for booking if you can't keep up, that's on you. Don't confirm the appointment then, simple as that, give me some time to find someone else. Like really had no intentions on doing my hair the entire time. I had to go through so much for preparation of my schedule to get this done and I also had an event to get to so this was so inconvenient and she took no responsibility , she got mad at me and then blocked me instead of taking ownership to the issue that she caused. Listen, it doesn't matter how long I've known you, if I'm your client and you inconvenience me, I have the right to be upset. And it's the professionals job to take ownership and try to make it right . Not just expect me to be okay with it and be quiet about it. Obviously I will not be her client anymore and she expresses that she will no longer be my stylist anymore and that I am blocked & hit me with the sarcastic "have a blessed day." Girl, get on. It's so disappointing because I've been coming to her for years and I recommended people to her every time I got compliments on it and it's not that she does a bad job doing hair, the bad job is her attitude. I wish I could post the screen recording of everything said lol but it won't fit. Oh and I'm still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Very much a west Orlando experience.
