Ordered a pair of shoes. Received the right size box with the wrong size shoes inside. I reached out to customer service to be greeted by the most monotone individual named Issac. Asked to speak to a supervisor in effort of reaching someone competent at their job. Lastly spoke to Tatiana who couldn’t offer anything for my troubles.Don’t do business with them. Find a more reputable company to do business with!

I bought shoes from this brand a few months ago, hoping to have relief for my feet, far from that happening, over the months I saw that the health of my feet was getting worse, it was no longer just my feet, now it was Also my legs, I even had muscle spasms, every step after a day of work felt like pins and needles and was really painful. I even went to the doctor thinking it was a health problem. I made the decision not to use them anymore. It turns out that the pain disappeared, not the pain. My first time ordering shoes online, I needed them asap so I paid $21 for next day shipping (well before the deadline for the next day delivery time) I got a confirmation email but no shipping email. So today I called (the day I was supposed to receive them) and they say they can't find my order in the system. She talks to the order department and they said my order was under review?? Idk what that even means and she couldn't answer the question for me. I was never notified that my order was under review or why. So what was supposed to be next day delivery turned into 3 day delivery. (If they even show up when they say they're supposed to) I won't be purchasing from them again.

Went to the actual store because I needed the shoes right away. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Al who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Instead of us guessing my size he took me over to this machine which not only sized me super accurately but showed foot placement inside the shoe as well. Brought out the exact pair I needed with 1 more option, honored my industry discount, sent me on my way with coupons for coworkers. All in under 10 minutes. Great customer service.

Me and my husband drove 2 and a half hours to get his work shoes because they were not sold anywhere near us, we got there right at they opened and Victor was there to happily greet us. He had us in and out within 10 minutes he was very nice.

I would never buy shoes from this company. Early Christmas shopping for our son’s Christmas present and they don’t fit. They won’t take back or exchange them. Customer service sucks. Do not do business with them.

My boyfriend needed shoes for starting a new job and we decided to go here. Victor was SO helpful and kind as well as patient. He did a great job showing us options right away and what each shoe was better for. Such an easy and seamless experience with Victor and the shoes are great quality for the price, and they also have a great return policy. Come here if you need work shoes and ask for Victor!!!!

Return policy is awful!! Not free at all as advertised! $6.95 fee and must go back fedex even if inconvenient and even though shipped to you by ups. Lousy customer service and I'm surprised they are in business!
