we were followed around the store; it was unpleasant because we just wanted to look at the shoes!! i had a purse with me that was full and ain’t no way i could fit them shoes in that purse ain’t nobody trying to steal them busted up shoes anyway. most of there shoes were ugly so we didn’t get them, when we found a pair that was actually decent we noticed a lady in every isle we were in following us!! i was with my mom she actually bought something from there. i was kinda upset about it because why would you spend your hard earned money in a place where you feel unwelcome?! we left soon after we bought the shoes; it was other people in the store but we were the only ones being followed smh ?♀️ i even made eye contact with the lady and she looked away fast cause she knew she was wrong!! and the fact that she was another black lady is insane i hope nobody ever have to deal with this.??

Plenty of shoes to choose from, but I didn't find a pair of shoes for myself that I was looking for and NO ONE offered to help me. NO ONE even greeted me as I walked in the door. ?

Tulane has came a long way they are now training with the rest of the trends and they are coming with new shoes customer service is always great cleaning and always recommending their other location if they don't have your size or the shoe

If you're in need of a quick and inexpensive pair of shoes, this place is worth checking out. While the quality of the shoes may not be the best, you do get what you pay for. The prices are incredibly low, with some shoes as low as $4.99. They also have a variety of purses and unique shoes to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking during my visit. The staff did not acknowledge me and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they could assist me. Despite this, this store is a good option for finding a cheap and fun pair of shoes for a last-minute outfit
