Went in there for my little puppy girl she needed her routine flea medicine ,rabies shots and check up an appointment two days prior when I showed up on my appointment visit took about an hour is friendly very sweet in the environment with perfect for pets so they’re able to stay calm so if you want a vet that doesn’t use up your time and is very safe. Take your pets here and will treat you and your pets with respect.

They have a new doctor. It’s a great place to go for affordable vaccines and routine care but I’m not 100% certain I would take my pets there for an emergency injury or illness.

Took my pet to be seen as they advertise low cost. Had an appointment made days before and on my date I call to verify, and I am told the vet is leaving early and I needed to come in asap. No call, nothing! I made another appointment anyway as I needed to be seen. Arrived early to it, and the wait to see someone was over 1hr!!!! Just to be seen was $50 ok good. Then the fees start to pile up!! To diagnose my pet, I was stuck with a bill over $400, not counting meds!! Then they try to sell Hills food as a controlled diet and supplements not needed at all. Needless to say, over 3 hours later and over $400 later, I went home. The place is overpriced, dirty, and unkept, and the staff is not friendly at all. Find a better place for your beloved pets and bank account.

They study that Race, it seems because the animals do not complain, but they forget that animals do not go alone to their appointments or call on the phone.
Unprofessional.
If you want to waste your day, make an appointment with them.

Since they changed the staff they have given terrible service. Before I had them 5 stars and from today if I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been bringing my dogs here for 6 years and today will be the last time. They don't have any customer service
They spoil you on the phone, the front desk staff don't seem to like working there. I had already been through several situations but I was holding on until today, I had an appointment for 9:15, 1 hour passed and when they called me, about 5 people passed before me and they were people who arrived after me. I told them they told me you are next and nothing to do with it they called another person. I told them that they should cancel my account that I'm going to look for another vet and they didn't even care.
I have many friends and family whom I referred here and who I will talk to so that they can change.
THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

I can't say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. The staff is always kind, patient, and understanding, making every visit a joy. They go above and beyond, not just during appointments but also when you call with questions—they're simply amazing. Highly recommend!
