This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been. They give the best service and the best prices. You don’t even have to give them coupons for the original medicines because they do it for you. After being so tiresome of having so much trouble with Walgreens, every time I go for any medicine, I changed all my medications to Scripts and I’ve even saved a lot of money and time with them. They are very nice and very caring people.

This pharmacy is amazing. Kathy, the pharmacist, and Bernadette, the technician, are professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently transferred all of my medications to this pharmacy and it has been such a pleasant experience. They could not have made the process any easier for me. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They are outstanding at what they do.

I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my medication at the big corporate pharmacies. Every month was a new struggle trying to get my medication that I need to function. And rarely was I ever treated well, usually dismissed and not helped at all.I am SO happy that I went to Scripts on my doctor's recommendation. They were friendly, kind, understanding, and even saved me money on my prescriptions. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I just started coming here for my monthly medication refill and it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. Kathy is amazing and will remember you. The staff are kind, patient, and go above and beyond. They are very quick when filling scripts. Thanks!

Absolutely the best pharmacist (Kathy) and pharmacy available in Orlando. They remember your name, your meds, they call you and solve problems promptly and the speed and efficiency is incredible. Amazing experience, the best!

Great Orlando Health pharmacy in the lobby of the medical building. They are able to get medicines much faster than Publix. Publix was out of stock of some medications for months that Scripts was able to get the next day.Hours:Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pmFriday, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

TERRIBLE. I would never come back to these offices. I had arranged for coverage at work and planned this day off two weeks ago so I could finally see a doctor in real life (I've been using Teladoc since the pandemic began but it's limited) and it's important to note that I'd received an email confirmation of my appt, attached. But upon my arrival, I was told that somehow I had two accounts, but neither of them were on the schedule for today, and that they've been having some trouble with their online scheduling. I showed the perplexed receptionist my email confirmation and asked if they could still see me since I do have a confirmed appt and it is their system (their error). Also, I am here now, I took the day off work, and I need to see a doctor. But no - the doctors who were standing right there didn't step in, the other staff at the desk ignored the situation, and I was just .****** out of luck. That's what gets to me the most - the lack of caring. The fact that they wouldn't even try to fix the mistake, find a way to squeeze me in or offer yo schedule me for the next available appt. Noe - they just turned me away. Ice cold. Not a caring soul in this practice. Next time it could be you. Especially if you use their much-hyped MyChart system. Not all that glitters is gold.

This 3 floor facility is so much more than what I thought it was going to be. I ended up here a few times since this location had the best availability. I'm so glad I ended up here and would definitely schedule appointments here in the future. Floor 1: Cardiology, Imaging, Laboratory Services, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Pharmacy Floor 2: Obstetrics & Gynecology, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Pediatric Specialties Floor 3: Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine First of all, parking is no issue. There is a parking garage adjacent to the building. Covered parking in Florida is a wonderful thing! Orlando Health takes Covid-19 very seriously. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance. There are stickers on the floor to show people where to stand to ensure everyone is 6 feet apart. At the imaging desk, there were jars labeled with clean and dirty pens. The seating is spaced out with signs on places where you cannot sit. Overall the facility is very clean! Everyone I spoke to was very kind and caring. No one likes going to the doctor or having medical procedures done, but I look forward to coming back here for my medical needs in the future.

My PCP is fantastic, I don't have any complaints about her she's grea. My 3 star rating is based on the front desk staff. I understand there must be hundreds of Covid-19 type calls, but c'mon show some empathy. I didn't even get a chance to finish explaining why I'm calling and the staffer was rude and short saying I need to call the health department or go to the convention center... Really? Can't do a virtual appointment? I can't discuss the situation with my pcp and possibly get a test ordered at a testing facility? I guess I'll just self quarantine and forget about it then if that's what it's like I guess. All the testing facilities are booked up and only doing walkin/drive thru. By the time I can book an appointment I'll be done with quarantine and might as well. Book an antibody test... Again this review is not about my PCP, just the staff. I'm quite disappointed because everyone is usually so nice.
