Excellent customer service! Had a new gas line for our stove put in. Yes it took a while however it was because of the permits and waiting on an electrician for bonding. Both crews that came out were fantastic from workmanship to clean up. Amazing customer service!

We discovered a leak coming from the valve of our tank (see the bubbles circled in the photograph) but it was after hours so I left a message with the answering service. Roberto called me within minutes and was able to respond shortly thereafter. I was out of state at the time and he kept me in the loop and was able to fix the leak and test the whole system so that our loss of service was minimal. Fantastic customer service and terrific workmanship. Thank you Sam’s Gas for being there when we needed you.

Sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks so f'ing slow, wait 10 minutes in line then 20 minutes at the pump, terrible customer service employee constantly yelling at customers.

I had Sam's Gas for about 8 years. Ever since COVID they keep sneaking there prices higher and higher. They were charging me almost 6.00 a gallon. When I called around other companies were MUCH cheaper, but I couldn't get gas from them because Sam's owned the tank. We finally told them to take the tank back and we switched to electric. Be cautious they start out cheap then raise the rates.

They’re office staff doesn’t relay any message to their field people after saying they would and the reps don’t respect your time. Was told guy would be here in the morning, no guy so I call and am told they’ll be there 12:30. Guy texts me at 11:30 (after I tell the lady not to be contacted before noon due to meetings) saying he will be there at 2 and then doesn’t show and only after I text him does he apologize and say he will be here at 3:30. No, you won’t, because I don’t work with companies that are this disorganized and disrespectful of someone’s time.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not fall for the "just lease the tank from us, it's easier" I am a Builder, fell for it myself, and then realized they were not only charging me 2x the price per gallon as the going market rate, but also a hazmat and a delivery fee!! Complete rip off! When I told them I was canceling service and to come get their tank, silence and kept trying to charge my card. Complete rip off. I'm going back through my files to call every single client we have ever referred to clue them in on the scam.

Terrible company, abusive billing practices, STAY AWAY. Same as so many customers complain about, but they lock you in with the rented tank and start with competitive pricing, keep a CC on file, then start slowly increasing rates until you pay over $7/gallon. They had me at $7.99/gallon most recently. I even called to get an anonymous quote and it was several dollars per gallon less (No discounts or first fill rates). They had a manager call and give me a discount, basically admitting that are strategically overcharging customers who don't complain. They will stop sending statements before they start the rate increases or premature fills. I have seen 3 fills in a row of less than 35 gallons for a 125 gallon tank, $50 hazmat fee for each one. STAY AWAY!

Beware!! I've been trying toGet my tank hooked up. The sales guy DAN!! Must be best friends with owner or he would be fired! Never looked at property to check on where tank could be - failed inspection 2times so far! For lack of doing his job. Service techs are good and should work somewhere else! They have been out 3 times and due to DAN it was wasted time and trips! This have been 7 or 8 months. July 21 was last time he said anything until I showed up In the office. The office said I should call him? I don't work for Sam's they should hold their sales people accountable for incompetency, lack of communication and inability toGet the job done right!

I have been a customer for years. Rented an unground tank from them. Several years ago the price was reasonable. Slowly they creeped up to almost $7.00 a gallon. The National Average is about $4.70 a gallon. When I complained they lowered my price down. Long story short, when my propane is empty they are taking their tank back and I am done with them. I would look for a different company, as Sam’s Gas is not reasonable!

Sam's LP Gas was a sub contractor for Eau Gallie Electric today when they installed our 500 gallon propane tank here on Merritt Island. The office and the workers are very professional and knowledgeable. They let us know when they were coming and they showed up! Good communicators and did great work and clean up. Thank you so much to Rickie and the crew.

Sam’s Gas used to be a great company but like other reviewers have stated, they lock you in with a rented tank and then jack up the propane prices. We are currently paying $7.99 per gallon when other competitors are around $2.50 per gallon.I’ve called repeatedly to ask why they’re so high and ask for an account adjustment. I cannot get anyone to help or return calls.Furthermore, we have explicit instructions on our account to not fill our tank for more than 70 gallons at a time. This last service call, they filled it with $1500 worth of over priced propane and won’t return phone calls to find out why they didn’t follow our instructions of 70 gallons per fill and filled it with 170 gallons.Avoid this company at all costs. They are scam artists at best with nonexistent customer service.

RUN!!!! More expensive than any company out there with deceptive billing practices! Only been a customer for less than 2 years and my tank rental has gone up as well as hazmat fee by 35%. The National propane per gallon price is $4.65 and I was told that's how they charge, but last month they charge me $6.69 a gallon and this month $7.79!!!! I have 2 appliances on my gas and it was $335 dollars for a month of service and originally was $90 when gas was more expensive the last two years and should have gone down in price! They don't tell you when rates raise and arbitrarily raise them way above the promised National rate with no explanation as to where those numbers come from. It was more expensive than the power bill for my whole house. I called Ferrell and Suburban this morning and their rental rates, hazmat, transportation fee and per gallon are significantly less. It's all the same gas no matter who gives it to you. Unless you want your eyes gouged out and pickets empty stay away from this company.
