Very friendly, arrived on time, but the movers damaged many many items. TV, grill, glassware, couch, vanity, etc. Don't have pics of it all to upload. Additionally, they could not fit all the items into the truck and we had to find a way to get the rest of the house moved. Then I had to chase them to get the promised partial refund for the damages items.

worst moving company ever!!!! do not hire this company. during move several items broken including cracked tv screen. reached out to the company several times no response!!! absolute worst company ever!!!

I was very disappointed with them. Scott came to my house to give me an estimate. It took over 48 hours for somebody to get back with me. I was told that Scott was sick. But I don't care somebody else. Could have been in touch with me to let me no. When somebody buys finally in touch with me. The quote ended up being more than double. What I ended up paying with another company. I would love to say the name of the company that I ended up going with. But I know I can't, all I can tell you is. You should definitely shop around. There's a lot of companies that wanna try to take advantage of you and get rich off of something. This is one of those sort of companies.

Scott took my last minute moving needs in stride and got us on the schedule less than 24 hours from our conversation. The crew was fantastic, polite, attentive and exceptionally careful with our items. Refreshing to have Americans in charge of everything the mindfulness and attention to detail was noticeable and stood in contrast to previous experiences we have had with moving companies. Book with confidence!

DURING MOVE, A TV WAS BROKEN ALONG WITH TONS OF GLASS ITEMS THAT WAS CLEARLY LABELED 'GLASS'...THIS COMPANY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYTHING...DOES NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH RETURN CALLS AFTER YOU'VE SPOKEN TO THEM AND HAVE SENT PICS OF EVERYTHING...UPON THEIR REQUEST...I'M NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING WITH THE 'BBB'...SO PLEASE BE AWARE...

This is a late review. But someone recently asked me about this experience so I wanted to share as a warning. I had an awful experience with this company. They were rescheduled my move from a pack one day and load another day. To doing it all in one day. When they arrived late to my two bedroom townhouse there were only two workers. They were unable to complete the work in the schedule they told me. Causing me to reschedule other appointments I had for the day. They then did a terrible job with the packing. It took forever to sort out because there was no logic to the packing, and then once they arrived to the new home workers weren’t polite. The man who I spoke with to do the service was very nice and helped to fit me in. But everything else was a nightmare.

Sam's Express Moving & Delivery is most definitely not a superior moving service! Scott Winkelman is a good salesman, but a very unpleasant person if you have a disagreement with him. His team of movers did not show the care and attention promised and needed for our move from Fruitland Park to Leesburg, with practically every piece of furniture being damaged in some way and they are not careful with antique pieces. They didn't even take the time to put the mattresses in mattress bags, so that a brand new king mattress was dragged through the dirt. When placing items in the new house it is not done in an organized and efficient way, we ended up with bedframes swapped around so that none of the mattresses are on their original bed frame. I assumed because of their affiliation with National Van Lines that they would be a good choice, but I made a mistake in selecting this company for our move. A stressful move made even more so by Sam's Express Moving.

I'm a single woman and I used this company to move me from my last home to the new one . They broke alot of my things and damaged every piece of furniture that I had except for my bed . They didn't deliver all of my stuff . And one of their employees was hitting on me in my own home!!!! Do yourself a favor and pass this company by .

Worse move ever. Brought truck that was too small; took 3 times as long to pack and then was delayed because the truck was overweight and some of my belongings moved to a 2nd truck at the weigh station. Movers are not the movers in the advertisement card. They came in and started blaring music... They stood at the end of my driveway, "F*ck this, f*cking that..." loudly. I saw the kitchen chairs that I saved for and kept covered when I sat on them sitting in my driveway with two movers sitting in them with their shirts off--it's Florida, it's hot, people sweat, but please not in my chairs. No respect for property. Art work on my neighbors lawn. At least 80% of my furniture has damage. Not kidding. Terrible movers. There is so much more. There are enough movers in Orlando. Don't make the mistake I made...WORSE MOVERS EVER. ONE YEAR LATER: I keep on finding damaged and broken furniture. I haven't moved had most of my furniture moved from storage (where Sam's Express delivered it) to my new home. Went to the storage unit last week; looked up and one of the new kitchen chairs...a big slash in the wood. Really, move your belongings in a horse drawn wagon before you let these guys move you.

I have had many experiences with movers and this company delivers the best overall experience. They thrive on great customer service that brings referrals and repeat customers to their door. I highly recommend you to get a quote and know you will have a great experience with them.

Moving is one of the most difficult things any family could do. Let me explain the ways Sam's Express Moving made it so much easier. First they came out and did a great job estimating all our stuff, even before we we're packed up. he was able to determine how many boxes and how big of a truck to get.. They nailed the estimate exactly. The Day of the move they showed up at the exact minute they said they would be there. Everyone was very professional / polite / talkative / They identified my collector edition stuff and handled everything like it was their own. Our move was big and it took multiple days and multiple trucks. But during the 16+ hours of the move. Everyone showed an amazing hustle. The experience and expertise of the crew packed the truck with such care. Every piece of furniture / art / collectibles were wrapped and protected 100 times better than I could have ever done. They actually made the moving process somewhat enjoyable. I did use another company during this process to load up our small house onto a uhaul and the difference between the 2 companies were night and day. I regret not having Sam's do the small job. I thought saving the extra 200$ made sense, and in the long run it did not. If I had to do over again I'd only use Sam's express to do the move. Really was a pleasure to do buisness. They charge by the hour and each time we finished ahead of time I got a nice refund for the unused time. If you're looking for a moving company look no further.

This our 2nd time using Sams Express and with full confidence i can say this is the most professional honest reliable timely affordable company you will ever find in this industry. Scott is the owner and is an awesome gentleman to deal with. I'm so satisfied with him and his crew who are so well respectable. Thank you for making our moves hassle-free. If I could give more stars it definitely would be 10.

Had them move our belongings from Kissimmee to Fort Myers. The moving crew worked hard and did a great job. Great job for the price. Researched movers when I found Sam’s. Lower quotes had hidden fees. Found no good reviews on moving brokers. My move actual ended up UNDER the quoted price! Prices not unreasonable and you get professional movers not day laborers. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Sam’s Express!
