My dad has a membership with them and we visit when we need products in bulk. It gets quite crowded during the evening, and they always check for your membership when you enter. The electronics and TVs in front look tempting to buy, but we always go to the back for toilet paper and kitchen paper towels. The clothing in the middle of the area provides decent deals, but Costco has higher quality. The veggies are also good value even though the quantity is too much. They do have fresh squeezed orange juice, but it is quite expensive. I remember there were free samples of foods a while back, but now I don't see it as much if any at all. When you check out, there can be quite a line unless you want to use the self checkout lanes. At least the app lets you scan and pay directly, allowing you to skip the checkout counters. When you exit, an attendant scans your receipt and items to verify they match. Honestly, I find the shop pretty boring for me. There used to be lots of free samples and sometimes toys to play and interact with. But now, I don't really see much. The staff are a hit or miss, but what did you expect from being owned by Walmart? It can get quite crowded, especially in the gas station area. You can easily wait for 15 minutes just to get gas. So even if you are trying to just go in and out, you will still have to wait a bit unless you have the app to scan, pay, and go. I just find Sam's to be ho-hum at best and prefer to shop at BJ'S or Costco instead.

This Sam's store deserve to be permanently close due to their lack of leadership and responsibility . I have called a total of 11 times to ask about my membership being used by my daughters finance Nate. No one is picking up the phone after open hours on web. I have never dealt with a large company that has no respect for the general public. I have be a loyal customer since 1996 and is not a happy customer.

This review is not for the store perse, but for their lack of organization and steamline at the cafe. Scan and Go is awesome, but their café personnel capacity and organization are ridiculously horrible. Not even with their scan and go for food, meant to expedite things, it's still a failure. Several times, I've ordered, and when ready to pick up the line is a mess with no order, and sometimes the order doesnt even go through. I've ordered 40m in advance to pickup once done shopping, and when I went to pick it up they didn't even have the orders and started making them at that moment.

Everything is organized. My only complaint is the cashier. I had to unload all my groceries by myself while she was just there starring at me and I had to load all the groceries to the shopping cart without her help. I suffer from chronic pain. The nice male employee who was pushing the carts in the store asked if I needed help. I appreciate that! Thanks!

This is a large Sam's club it is very well stocked with much more food and canned items than some.

I’ve never had such bad service at an optical location. The staff who work optical are Rude there’s no other word for it! I called to confirm a prescription and spoke to MORA and she was rushing me off the phone telling me she had other people in front of her and my call wouldn’t even have been 5 minutes. They over charge you for frames and everything they can. When you try to get your prescription to take to somewhere else they make it hard for you to be able to get the prescription correct. Using Sam’s optical has been the worse decision. Save yourself the hassle go to Americas best or anywhere else you can find that actually treats there patients well. I had the same terrible service Saturday when I came in person to try to confirm the prescription.

I've been a member of Sam's Club for several years now and usually shop this location since it's the closest to my house. I went with my mom yesterday to do a pick-up order. My family loves the Farmers Market chicken breast at Sam's. It is one of the juiciest and best tasting chicken and is the only place that I can find it for my family. Unfortunately, though, it said it was out of stock in the store, and I could not add it to my pick-up order. After I received my pick-up order, I decided to run into the store with my mom. She forgot a couple of things that she needed. My mom needs a scooter in the store, but the last few times we have gone, there is never one available or the ones that are, they are not plugged in, so they don't work! She didn't get a working one yesterday either! I decided to stop by the area where the chicken is kept, and this is what I found lots of Farmers Market chicken breasts available to buy!!! This is not the first time this has happened. They frequently have items unavailable for pick-up, then when I go into the store, they have plenty! Super frustrating that I still have to go into the store to grab things that I need. Also, tried to get gas on the way in and out, but most times I come, they are at least 5 to 10 cars deep for each gas pump and I frequently come on a weekday so it's less crowded. Probably will not renew my membership this year!

They have everything. Their rotisserie chicken is great! Great customer service. Helped us find something at another nearby Sam's.

Excellent prices, but you need to have a special annual card. The products are great, as you can buy large quantities.
