It was my first time there and they were so lovely! My dogs are seniors and they were so gentle with them, thankfully. I would take them to PetSmart grooming for years and every time they came back their anal glands would be irritated and their skin too. I moved and wanted to try a new place and the good reviews and how close it is to my house drew me to this place. I’ll definitely be taking my babies here from now on! The cute bandanas and the little jewel on my dog were by far the cutest and really topped off the best groom they’ve ever gotten. Thank you!

This was Bella 1st time at a salon, the experience was amazing for her. She was so excited and smelled so good. I definitely recommend this place. Staff was super friendly and great service.

this business in not reputable... They tried and charge a boarding fee if you are a little late from when they text you that your pet is done. I have never heard of such a thing... to make matters worse they were arrogant and disrespectful. The work was not that good and my dog came back very skiddish ??? ... I will cut my dogs hair myself before I would bring her there again.

Hello there fellow Moms, I wouldn’t recommend taking your precious ones there,God knows We don’t have them for long the thought of someone using them for their material gain without your knowledge or consent is just subpar business practice. I believe my precious one was used and abused for his God-giving gift- furthermore, I paid for a full bath service. However, the service was extremely subpar.when I asked to see my Dog they refused as she proceeded to scratch her head and made 3 trips to retrieve him but arrived empty-handed.It took them five minutes with me insisting to bring him and to make matters completely complicated and out of place he was partially bathed and half dry as she proceeded to dry him off with a dirty towel and not to mention he had been with them for over an hour when I addressed the issue she tried to dismiss the conversation by telling me she doesn’t comprehend English.And everytime I take him there, he comes back extremely fatigued.

THE TRUTH THAT POLICY THEY ARE USING AT RUNWAY PET GROOMING IS SOMETHING OUT OF THE NORMAL. I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY DOG AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE HIM FOR APPROXIMATELY A YEAR, I HAVE TO PAY 35 DOLLARS FOR A DEPOSIT PLUS 65 FOR THE APPOINTMENT. AFTER IT WAS 35 AND THEN 30 ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. AND WELL IT SEEMS ARBITRARY THAT THEY FORCE ME TO PAY 35 NOW BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WON'T LET THEM MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE POLICIES WHICH HARMFUL THESE BUSINESSES WHICH ARE FOR US PLACES WHERE WE BELIEVE THAT OUR PETS HAVE THE BEST CARE, BUT THESE DETAILS FORCE YOU TO GET OTHER PLACES. I THINK THEY SHOULD ELIMINATE THESE ABSOLUTELY POLICIES. THANK YOU RUNWAY PET GROOMING.

The owner took his time on the phone to explain his services with the costs even though he was busy at the moment, very respectful. He also took great care of my pups when we came in, wish I had some pictures but they were ready to hit the runway lol.Great service and pricing!

Honestly this place is a horrible place. I called to make an appointment and they couldn’t make one over the phone due to wanting the weight of my baby. I expressed how it was a puppy yet they couldn’t do anything. They go on and put me on hold and then hangs up. During the call the woman didn’t even seem to want to help. It’s honestly ridiculous if you don’t like you’re job don’t work there

Best Grooming Salon Ever! My minature schnauzer princess came here for a haircut and they did a fantastic job and very friendly staff definitely will be back for princesses next haircut

Staff was very nice and welcoming with me and my puppy. Loved the experience and the service! Me being a first time doggy dad I wanted to make sure I handed my baby puppy to the right people and they sure made a great job and my poodle seemed to love the groomer! Definitely going back!

Alfredo, the groomer/owner was very diligent and professional assessing my dogs needs beyond grooming. I am very grateful for relying on him. He knows what my dogs may need, and swiftly communicate it to me, so he would address those need within the appointment. I am glad and grateful for having Alfredo and his business caring of my animals. I drive 30 minutes away from my area for this service. It is totally worthy.? ?
