These guys just made me the sharpest, cleanest, most color accurate stretched canvas print that I've ever had. If you're a picky visual artist (like me) or just someone who wants things to come out perfect - I absolutely recommend going here.The building is very unique and the inside is like science-lab level clean. Very professional operation and friendly staff!

I was interested into getting a special image metal printed, something I've never done before so I was pretty nervous while searching a location that I felt comfortable and secure going to. I came across RT art through this app and decided to give them a call. I was able to walk in to see their pieces in person and speak with the team. The whole process from the phone call to working with them in person, & picking up was a breeze, they are super nice, knowledgeable, and pretty quick. They had a lot of machinery which also made me feel more comfortable and like I chose a good place. I was super happy with how the piece came out it was amazing! I would definitely recommend. I never leave reviews on anything but I felt this was right !

5s for a business meeting art & printing needs with top rate tools, machinery and service.My husband creates digital art & in his researching for a printing place, this place came highly recommended.RT is located on Fern Creek, not easily missed. It is a beautiful, two-story building with columns in the front and a wrap around porch. It has a parking space on the side of building and some in the back.The inside is wonderfully & brightly lit, open and spotless clean. No clutter or disarray. Machines and work spaces are huge.RT uses the finest materials & Epson machinery to create from cards, note cards to canvases of all kinds, finishes in matte, satin or gloss.The service is spectacular. Phil, is the gentleman my husband has been dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable and just as important, patient in explaining/educating people like my husband who love & create art but do not know much about how to get it from his head to a complete product.Trish, this morning, gave us a welcoming smile as we entered. She explained the process from my husband emailing the digital art, the printing and shipping if needed. The prices, to is, seemed very reasonable. We hand them a digital file and they hand us a beautiful canvas, wrapped and ready to hang.Can't wait to see the finished product.

I'd give 8 stars if I could. The experience really exceeded my expectations. You can tell the staff is very passionate about what they do. At least the young man I worked with was extremely polite and helpful. He was eager to help me learn about the process and very happy to help. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Also a side note: I really like that they have an open workspace, it's not just a counter you walk up to and drop off your art. You can see your art is being handled like a newborn baby and all the equipment they use for scanning. Lastly, but most importantly don't be freaked out by the parking! It's gonna look like you're pulling into someone's driveway but there's signs for parking on the south side of the building.

I do photo/video for a living and I’ve spent the past 5 years struggling to find someone who actually knew how to print at a quality that I could feel comfortable giving my clients. Well I didn’t find one until today. Before I actually got so frustrated I spent thousands on my own printer and archival papers. I learned about paper type, paper profiles, my screen is always calibrated to ensure I was getting accurate colors and skin tones. I went through all this because the local photo stores were printing on cheap paper and the colors weren’t close to accurate, my photos looked horrible when printing at those places and they had the audacity to blame my monitor not knowing that it was calibrated 24/7.The printer just took up too much space in my apartment and I wasn’t printing enough to keep such a printer in good working order. I didn’t want to end up with clogged printer heads and the maintenance was troublesome so I sold it. The bad part about that is I was now missing out on the feeling/importance of handing someone a print they will hang in their home for generations. it also effected my average sale per client so I needed to solve this problem ASAP. The prints were coming out perfect but the cost and maintenance were becoming counterproductive by doing it myself.I’m super happy I found this place. The owner made sure I was setup for success and I can continue to offer high quality prints to my clients again. I know I’m going to get great service and the attention to detail I wasn’t getting anywhere else. The printing I’m doing is very meticulous and it did require some effort to get it right. They knew what they are doing and that’s been extremely hard to find here in Orlando. It seems the other places are no better than CVS or a Walgreens print and they are overpriced for the quality they deliver. The employees at those places are just button pushers and they know nothing about printing besides “glossy or matte”. When I emailed my file they promptly opened it up in the current version of photoshop and not some knock off proprietary software that only accepts jpg. This kept my print at the highest quality possible through the whole process. The quality was not crushed for simplicity as you would see from other print places.My cost for my print today was more than fair and I tried to tip them because of all the effort they put into getting this business relationship off on the right foot. That’s how good they are. He did refuse the tip but I will be bringing my printing business here from here on out. I even left a positive balance on my account so I can just send them the files I need printed and have my wife pick them up on her way home when possible.They also do other forms of printing which don’t require the same attention to detail my process has so I can ensure anyone who needs anything printed you can go here and you won’t be disappointed. I saw a lot of finished work while I was there and it all looked amazing. I would feel comfortable hanging any of the work I saw today on my walls at home.

The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone that helped me has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! My first time using a service like this and everyone was so patient, kind, and HELPFUL! I asked them soooo many questions and every person took time to give me the proper information. The owner even held the door for me and opened my car door when I picked up and needed to take everything home! I recommend them to everyone!!!! The shop is also very clean and transparent to see what’s going on, and there so many samples to see what you’re purchasing. I love this place!!

I've been searching for a local printing place for canvas art for over a year now. Of course Covid has played a big role in my not venturing outside my home so many of my researches have been for an online company. But not being able to speak with someone who could answer my questions with clarity has made me pause in the pursuit of getting my canvas art printed for my personal and maybe professional use. At no point did I stumble upon this great establishment. In all of my research never once did I see this company. But today as I stopped into an art store that was recommended to me which I was sure could help me, I was surprised by what took place. The art store being the Sam Flax Orlando came highly recommended by many people so as I stepped into this fine establishment I decided to not waste time and ask the gentleman in the front what it was I was needing to do. I was prepared for him to point me in the right direction, only to be pointed to another business that could help me, because they no longer could provide what I was needing in having my art printed onto canvas. I Thanked that gentleman and continued on my arduous journey which lead 2 minutes away from my last location. As I pulled up to this beautiful looking home I was thrown off that this was the location I was told to come visit. I pulled into their parking a little nervous thinking I was in someone's private property, but I can see the signs that let me know I was in the right place. As I entered the doors I was welcomed and greeted nicely. A gentleman name Phil quickly asked me how could he help and I explained everything I needed and wanted done. He calmly and with extreme patience explained how he could do everything I asked and when he quoted the prices I was extremely happy and knew I was in the right place. All in all I'm looking forward to working with these guys. Attention to customer service is top shelf. Can't wait to see how my canvas art comes out.
