Terrible service, I was on the line for almost an hour and when I got to pay for my stuff their system it was giving error to the cards for a while. No one was able to warn people that was waiting in the line that it was only possible to pay with cash. I spent my time in vain.

The store is well stocked but the bathrooms are dirty and smelly. Today, Thursday, January 23, the bad smell from the women's bathroom reached the locker room. I complained to 2 of the locker room attendants and they just said that it wasn't their problem. It seems like Ross's policy to completely neglect the cleanliness of the premises.

I like coming here because you can find good clothes at a good price. The only thing I hate is the check out line, is always extreme, they don't have many cashiers,not to mention that to return something you have to make the regular line..smh

The slowest customer service ever . The manager is rude. We asked if she can open another register since the line was close to the restroom and her response was hmmm don’t you see - we all doing smth . 1 register open and everyone just putting clothes on the shelves instead of helping. To buy a pair of shoes you have to wait 45 + on the line . Not worth the wait ..
