The manager could use some immediate PR skills that is really lacking!! Not to mention her managerial skills!!. There was only one cashier who was ' "manning 'a long time of customers while also servicing the jewelry counter.. customers started voicing their displeasure at the long wait before she actually stepped in to help!!

The products were great. However they had one cashier for an hour. The line was wrapped into the clothes. An associate said another cashier was coming to keep us in line. It was 20 minutes later before another cashier was available. They had associates in the store but apparently none who was cross-trained to assist.

There was one register opened at 1:15 in the afternoon with 20 people in line and one manager would not open her register. She kept talking about lunch breaks!! Outrageous!!
