This ross is always messy and super busy. We barely find good deals here because stuff is either dirty, open, or broken. Their more expensive bag selection is good though.

This was my next stop in the search for what I was looking for and there wasn't very hopeful. We were greeted upon entering and I asked what section I might look for what I needed and we were directed to the one front corner of the store. Once again we surged and could not find what I was looking for but my companion found an item they could use. We ended up wandering through the store and off in the back I actually found what I was looking for on a shelf with a whole bunch of open items and just scattered merchandise. Thankfully it had a tag on it and I was able to make my purchase easily.It seems the only time I usually go into these stores is because somebody else wants to shop and then but for once I actually got lucky and found something that was useful for me. Although the section I found it in was a complete mess the employees were helpful and friendly.

I hate leaving negative reviews, the item i purchased was perfect for my design concept, after i paid for it, i noticed damage that was repairable. I requested a small discount to defray any expenses for my handy man. The mod yohaira was not receptive nor willing to accomadate my request. I wouldve taken it with me, but based on principle left it behind. Bad customer service, sad. I still love Ross, but ill stick to my orange city location.

Came this afternoon for some really quick art items. I got a two pack of 8 x 10 Dowler and Rowley canvases for 399. I also got a pack of 10 x 10 canvases for 299. And then I got some brushes that were 299 a pack for 18 brushes. I absolutely love Ross; and now I love it even more because it has really good name brand art supplies! Definitely recommend Ross! 10/10

I’m only giving this review in regards to the customer service at this specific location because otherwise I love Ross. The customer service here is lacking, normally I’m not the person who gives a damn but one of the ladies working at the register was having an entire phone conversation while she was checking someone out, yes she was still doing her job but it’s very unprofessional and it definitely contributed to holding up the line because she was too focused on her conversation with who she was talking with on the phone. A different woman who checked me out had gone through 3 people including myself while the other one was still checking out the same person and the woman who checked me out would actually engage with you. Again, I normally don’t ask for assistance with anything and prefer to do things myself however I was carrying 3 large items while trying to put my cart back to leave, clearly struggling, and the associate who usually greets incoming people didn’t ask if I could maybe use some help with putting it back. I know I’m not owed any service or am entitled to anything but damn, like help a person out instead of just standing there doing nothing lol

Typical Ross store. Store has too much inventory and staff are not available to help. Inventory needs tidy up and organized better

Really great gifts for the "hard to buy for" friend. Excellent prices. Only complaint is the clothes selection. Not a lot of good quality, stylish clothing available.
