I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily. Although the hotel was not the most modern, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, both inside and out. My only downside was the pillows, which I found a little firm for my neck.
The staff were always smiling and welcoming. We were systematically greeted at each meeting. I felt a very pleasant atmosphere, almost like in a chain hotel like Disney or Universal, with an impeccable level of cleanliness, security and service. Excellent value for money!
Nearby activities: Near Universal and SeaWorld
Safety: Fenced site with a security guard at the entrance.
Walkability: On the I-Drive.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Although I booked a room for one day, I arrived at the hotel at about 3am in the morning, and stayed in the hotel for less than 24 hours, only a few hours. They clearly wrote that you would check out after 11am, but the housekeeping knocked on the door to drive you out from 10am, I was very angry, I found small cockroaches in the room. I was afraid of bugs so I didn't sleep well all night, but the housekeeping started evicting the guests early in the morning, it was terrible, it was unsanitary and it smelled terrible, and what was even worse was that we found a cockroach in the other bed because we opened the curtains and it ran away and couldn't get a picture, it was disgusting. Never coming back.

Very well located hotel with swimming pool, welcoming staff.
Very good value for money.
Rooms: Room in the small building, very clean in terms of cleaning, which however requires refreshing the paints and floors.

The server gave a wrong room to my girlfriend and I. I reserved the king size room, but they gave me two single size room. And the server doesn’t want to change the room and shirking responsibility to the website. It should be the worst experience in this trip. And I got ants everywhere in my room. Love it!

For a budget hotel, it's great. It's on International drive, and it's close to universal and can see close up of volcano bay. Can promise anyone it's well worth the dollar. It has a really good restaurant. We will be going back to this one for 3 weeks, and the last week is going to be universal Cabana Bay 28 days of fun this august. Back again at the rosen inn nearest to universal, having a great time. I've been here for a week and a further 2 weeks left, and then this time, it's Aventura for the last week. I'll update Aventura when we are there and afterwards. I'll put some more pics up later also.
Rooms: Not posh but really good housekeeping. Rooms are large. The room we have now is quite noisy because of overlooking the generators operating the hotels, so a little tip ask for the less noisy rooms like we had last time.
Nearby activities: Central for everything, it can't get any better honestly.

Great value for what we paid. Pool included, ice (2nd floor only), and super close to the parks (we saw could see Volcano bay from our room).
Complimentary shuttle at multiple times to Universal was included (visit lobby by 7am to book your spot)- this was what made us book the hotel. Free parking- we didn't have an issue getting a spot.
The rooms were good- clean, with good AC and a TV. We were in the 2nd building but have no complaints. The pool was nice to have, too.
The gated entry helped us feel safe. There was also a Japanese restaurant either owned or affiliated with the hotel, right next to the buildings.

What saves this frankly shabby and average hotel is its location. The rooms are not soundproofed, the maids knock on the door at 7:30 a.m. they are told that we are resting, they talk and laugh (very loudly) in front of the doors, no restaurant from Sunday to Thursday, instead a woman cooks pizza and chicken wings, probably $10 for normally 5 wings but she only used 4…. The cooking lasted 15 minutes... in short, the swimming pool is small, the receptionist yawns without even putting her hand over her mouth and doesn't even apologize for it, frankly a disaster...!
