Our stay got us mixed feelings about coming back here.
Pro: The hotel is really close to many restaurants, bars, and universal. Some of the staff members give it all to increase our experience but only one of them stood out the most to us. Although, my husband and I weren't the one who received his service/help, but earlier this week during an heavy rainy day, we were heading out to our car, just to realized that we are missing someone. However, we were amazed by a very simple act of kindness from Steven a young man in blue t-shirt which I believe works either with security or housekeeping. Steven guided our disoriented nana find her way back to our room 1367 while it was pouring, windy, and lightning out there. We have observed many other staff members from housekeeping or those dark grey shirt passed by her without caring but him... he was walking to the flooded area, all soaked up while making sure that nana was driving her electric scooter in the dryer part of the pathway. Once they arrived to our room, he left her for a second, then came back with a big lookalike blanket and plenty of dry big towels. he carefully proceeded padding nana's arms and give her the rest to finish drying off. Even the day after, Steven had made sure that we had everything we needed. His gesture meant a lot to us and even more to my husband whom was worried sick when his mom was missing. If we had anything of value, this greathearted,kind, and amazing gentleman would have deserved it. From the very bottom of our hearts, we thank you Steven, we truly appreciated you.
Con: When it rains, the bottom floors are flooded. We called for maintenance but the guys shown up, standing by out doors like his presence gonna help us. 2) Bugs and roaches. 3) Weird smell coming from the carpet a/c side and the toilet itself. 4) Although, we did not experience any roaches in our room but we saw some on the outer side of our window. 6) Furnitures are way too old, come on guys, we are less than 5-6 mo away from another year, it's time to renovate or at least give us better room experience (we have been coming to Rosen, since we first got married 20 years ago). 7) Food at your restaurants really suck, we spent few days on property, 4 nights out of 5 we ate here but breakfast and dinner were the same thing..... bad
Rooms: old and outdated but comfortable beds.

Stayed here again for a one night stay after previously visiting two years ago. Great location. Staff helpful and facilities excellent. Some of the best value on international drive.

I still don't stay here and the first experience I had was not good. I came to check in early because I want to go to the theme parks because by the time I leave it will be very late so, I don't want them to cancel my reservation. The receptionist Eliette was rude. First I said good morning and she never responded and was just looking the other way no matter what I was telling her. She was very rude and showed no interest in the customer.

Very well located and economical hotel. It has a free shuttle bus to the Universal Orlando parks (with prior reservation at the same hotel 24 hours in advance).
Large rooms with toilet with bathtub, have fridge and microwave.
Impeccable daily room service.
The only negative, despite being a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled of tobacco.

Our room was clean. There was a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer and T.V.
We opted for the inclusive breakfast which was a good choice. The breakfast was buffet style with enough choice to assemble a substantial meal before heading off on our daily trips. Especially good when there were 3 kids in the party aged 7,8 and 9. All our needs were attended to by Norma and Wendy who were most polite and helpful. Those girls are a credit to your company.
Some evenings we had dinner at the hotel which was a carvery style. On the occasions we ate there there was roast beef, pork and turkey on the menu.
As with the restaurant, the staff in the shop and bar were so friendly and polite.
The location of the hotel gave easy access to many shops and amenities. The Disney parks were not so close though. On our first day, the hotel reception put us in with a taxi company - Mark's Transportation. We used Mark daily and got some good rates which over the week worked out favourably when compared to the price of a car rental. Mark was knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. He was more like a friend than a taxi driver.
I don't know if we'll return to Orlando but if we do Rosen Inn International is where we'll stay.
Nearby activities: Icon Park, Orlando Heli Tours, Gater Golf and lots of souvenir and gift shops are all in walking distance.
Walkability: Lots to see and do on International Drive. This hotel is right in the hub.

The room we got is perfect condition. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to mcdonald and some other places around. Also it's so close to universal. I love it. Price is unbeatable to be honest. Only thing that annoyed me is I can hear people talking from outside

if you are going to be here for only a weekend and just to sleep its ok. But not for a whole week the rooms are not clean... the carpet was wet and it smelled like pee! someone or a dog peed on the carpet and they didn't clean it. 2 stars only because its close to everything and it wasn't the worse. but NOT good. good thing we were only here for 2 days.

Clean and large rooms too. The beds are a little small (there were 3 of us with small queen beds. The location requires a car. Fair cost.

Very good place to get to, the rooms are not luxury but you can sleep without a problem since you go out for a walk and are not there all day, very central I quite liked that it is close to icon park that you can walk to, it has minimarket which is great if you are missing any souvenirs on your trip, generally very good service.
Nearby activities: Very central, you can see several panoramas walking, in addition to the swimming pools it already has

Do not stay at this hotel!!! My room had German roaches!! They tried to give me another room but I went to look at it and preferred not to stay at this hotel. I refused to take a rich to my house! The front desk was very helpful, I requested my money back. I know the price looks affordable but don’t stay here!

Has a very good location if you have a car. Easy to hit the road for parks and other attractions around.
Rooms are nice and big.
