I received a phone call from this low budget pharmacy over a week after I visit the doctor waiting for my prescription. They called and said they would be sending it to me and I told him I need my medicine it’s a matter of life or death. they said they would deliver it to me, and never did. It was supposed to be here no later than 5 PM and I called on 530 and the driver never went out. Do not use this pharmacy. Do not let your doctor sent any prescriptions to the pharmacy they can cause your death!

The pharmacist (Asrar) I dealt with was excellent; however, when I called the pharmacy to assist me with verifying my identity, the person on the other end of the line was curt and rude and hung up the phone without being at all helpful. Hire more people like Asrar!

They used to be good but now they are so bad customer service is very bad when you ask them a question they answer to you with a i do not care attitude. My prescriptions were always delivered on time and it has gotten to a point where i have to go pick them up and they are like 25 minutes away from me. Not sure what happen with them. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Very rude people and they embarrassed me by saying what my medication was out loud that's noone business but I blame myself cause something told me dont put ya lipstick on or your massacre cause the woman are gonna show jealousy n I was right it's sad how people treat people

I am so happy my doctor sends my specialty prescriptions to Rosemont. Their customer service is top notch! They give a small town feel to their customers ! I am grateful for Rosemont Specialty Pharmacy!

Make sure you count your pills in front of them before leaving the building. I was supposed to get 60 pills, which it stated on my bottle, went to my car to take one and noticed there were only 28! Really??? Then they basically accused me of taking the pills! These people need to learn how to count and the pharmacist is incompetent! What if they would have given me the wrong prescription? These is people's life's the are messing with! Will never return here. I filed a complaint with my insurance.

Absolutely horrible! I have been waiting for my prescription for over a week. The staff is completely incompetent, nobody knows what they're doing. I struggle to understand how this place is in business!
