Absolutely great prices, really nice items to choose from. We shopped around and some other stores had nice items but months wait for delivery....nit the case at all here. Delivery was available in a few days! The salesman was super friendly, polite and not pushy at all. They gave us additional discounts and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy!

I’ve bought a bedroom set from them and it was the worst nightmare ever.
Everything came broken. Dresser totally destroyed headboard was open box and destroyed, chest had drawers with stains on it, nightstand had broken drawer.
The worst part comes when they try to deliver the bedroom 3 times and every single time it comes with broken parts.
I don’t know how you handle your inventory in a messy way or you don’t even check the parts before you deliver them.
I would never buy from them again and i will tell this to every single person i know “Don’t buy from Rooms2Go”.
And just an FYI till now I didn’t get my full bedroom set delivered in a brand new condition.
And i will keep adding every piece i receive from you broken from now on

Went into RTG Outlet in Orlando today to look at purchasing a suite for my den...found 3 things that I was interested in but NOT ONE SINGLE SALES PERSON approached me while I there, about 45 minutes. The store was a little busy but there were definitely more sales people standing around than customers being assisted. Very disappointed, & will probably purchase elsewhere.
