Matthew is WONDERFUL!! He made our furniture purchases super quick easy & painless! He's super friendly, knowledgeable, & does not pressure you to make a sale. We met him one day, got a quote & then returned the next day after searching other stores. Rooms to go had what we needed & Matthew's help set it above all the others. We will definitely be back

We went to the store & dealt with the rudest salesperson we have ever dealt with & just because of him, we won’t buy at Rooms to Go. My husband & I just bought a house but have not moved in yet. I asked him for a price & was transparent about the fact I wasn’t buying anything today because I have not moved in and do not have the space. As soon as I told him that I wasn’t buying, he threatened he would only find out the price if I was buying something today. I had to once again explain & he obviously wasn’t interested because I wasn’t buying anything. He rudely walked away & said “that’s not what it is” with an attitude. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name but he seemed hispanic, tall, heavier set. He was wearing a blue polo with the company logo. He should be retrained! Because of him, your company lost on a full house furniture sale. I would rate the experience 0 stars if I could!

Don’t buy furniture from here! They are all sales men that lie to their customers and don’t tell their customers all their policies. This is some cheap company that DOESN’T provide shoe covers for their delivery men’s shoes. How is it that they go into people’s houses and they can’t even put on shoe covers and when I called customer service they asked me if I provided shoe covers for them. I have bought furniture from this company before and it was a nightmare so shame on me for giving this terrible company more money, I thought how could they mess up a mattress delivery but here we are. Shawn the sales man didn’t tell us that we needed to cover our old mattress so it could be taken, he just told us the delivery men could take the old mattress. Delivery men were unprofessional and rude. They didn’t seem to care that we had our light beige carpets freshly shampooed and cleaned. They were stubborn and if I would’ve known I just would’ve bought this over $5000 mattress from a company who care about their customer’s homes. Our dining and living room furniture had to get delivered twice and several phone calls had to be made because it kept getting delivered damaged as well.

Manny was super helpful as we bought our new bedroom furniture. It had been a long time and we weren’t familiar with the new beds and products available. As long as the delivery goes as planned this has been a very good experience. Thanks Manny and Rooms To Go.

My husband and I went to Waterford lakes location and had an excellent sales man Mike. He was honest, knowledgeable, and personable. We’ll definitely be coming back for our other furniture needs. Thank you Mike for your high quality service and some laughs too.

Came in looking for a sofa and a chair. Manny immediately greeted us and left us alone to look around, which is great. Once we were ready with questions and wanted to check out, Manny was responsive and got us out of there quickly. He was thorough in going over options and setting up a delivery date for our furniture.

My overall experience gets a 4. I was extremely unhappy with the mattress I purchased once it was delivered and was under a tight deadline to exchange it. I experienced a few frustrating interactions when initially expressing my issue to the manager and to Rooms to Go headquarters. Luckily, everything worked out in the end and I'm thankful to the staff who made it happen.My sales associate Manuel Berrios gets a 5+. He was absolutely wonderful! Manny has a great personality. He is very knowledgeable of the Rooms to Go process and really advocates on behalf of the customer. Once he took the lead on my issue, everything was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Manny and would do business with him again.

Make sure you look for Mike he is very attentive, listens and will provide you with excellent service. I went in after I look online for 2 sets of living room to actually see them before I bought them. Lucky me that Mike told me that the store had a better price that online ?

I first went by last Saturday and met Jim Serge.He was so nice. He asked if he could help and I asked if I could just look around a little bit first by myself and he said not a problem told me where he would be if I had any questions. After looking around and getting the measurements of some of the furniture to see if it would fit where I wanted it to. I asked him if he was working Monday and he said yes, but he was off Tuesdays and Wednesdays. When I came in Monday, it was late and he had already gone home so I waited till today to go see him. He remembered me was just as pleasant today as the last Saturday, no pressure I hate salesman the pressure you into stuff. But he was not like that at all. I got my furniture for my living room, and now I have to measure some more for the bedroom and the dining room, and I told him I’ll be back to buy more thanks Jim it was a pleasure meeting and dealing with you.

Manny is the salesman that helped me with my shopping needs. He is awesome very patient, especially since I am very undecisive and also picky. He took his time to explain different materials, styles to better my comfort in making the right choices. See you again soon Manny. 7 bed/ 5 bath home five areas down many many more to go.
