Great gym for functional training. Unbelievable how much equipment they have. The coaches are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back when I am in Orlando again.

I like the smaller classes, quality of trainers, individual guidance and instruction, and having a planned course of exercises so that I don't have to come up with my own routines. Owner and trainers are all very encouraging.
