What terrible customer service, like an insurance advisor who is assisting you tells you that maybe this is not the agency for you, terrible service, disaster...what a clown, what you are talking about is a slander that I call to ask him to do illegal things...improve your service and your customer service better and take care of yourself don't be such a clown

Julio was great in person when me and my mother were referred to him from a friend of ours. He talked to us about a lot of different ways to invest some money. He was a little pushy and wanting us to move forward that day with setting up a plan. When he said that he could help with car insurance I gave him my information and he found me a great price versus what I was paying currently. At the time my next payment wasn't for another week or so, so he had me text him to see if there was a better deal closer to my current insurance date. When it comes to phone calls he never picked up and texting was very scarce. Communication is not something I would call a strong suite with Julio and at the end I'm still with my current car insurance provider.

Had an Amazing experience with this company and agents. Very helpful, nice and professional. I was under stress and was without home owners insurance for about 2 weeks and was referred to this company by a friend. I called spoke with Julio and within the next business day they were able to find me new insurance and get me covered. They responded to my calls in a timely manner and completed the whole process rather quickly. Great company I would recommend to others and will be contacting them in the future if needed.
