Cars are true lemons. Truly taking advantage of Florida not having lemon laws.
Got a car from them a few weeks back. Engine explodes before I could make the first payment. These guys are horrible at communicating. And now I'm stuck having to take a loan out to pay for repairs they didn't fix correctly in the first place. RUN!!!

Horrible Place to buy a car 12 days after purchasing the car doesn’t run they won’t check it unless I take it to them and they won’t fix it the manager said we can tell you what’s wrong and you fix it sorry 12 days I trusted them they are horrible very pushy for down payment after that they were rude and unpleasant very disappointed with my experience please please please DONT BUY A CAR HERE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Please do not waste your time two days later the check engine came on and they Still wouldn't fix it. Go to a different company there a scam then they make you feel worthless

100% scammers run away.
I was speaking with Edwin Candelaria
I asked him for an out the door price before I drive out to see if I could afford a vehicle he replied with “come drive it before we invest our time in making a deal” I said I want to be sure I could afford it he said “it’s the listed price plus tax tags and fees can you afford that?” Never giving me a number, Then decided to send me 3 photos saying “FYI prices are going up” I never asked for a discount just the true price of a car and he couldn’t provide it… shady & unprofessional. Then claimed to be the owner and blocked me.

Got a car back in May 2022 and everything’s been great until now. Time to renew my registration and I find out that my tag from my previous car that I’ve been driving around on for 10 months isn’t even registered to my car, despite letting the sales manager know i will be transferring and providing the tag number. I have a tag registered to my car that I don’t even have possession of, I’m assuming it’s at the dealership. I don’t live in the area anymore so now I’m screwed having to pay $225 for a brand new registration instead of just the $40 for a renewal.

I purchased a used car 5 days ago. Yesterday I took it in for a balance tire rotation and an new car inspection. I picked the car up yesterday evening 1 hour before they closed. Drove the car home and parked it. This morning I noticed the leather in the driver seat had a cut in it that wasn't there previously. I reviewed a photo and video my wife took 2 days ago of the interior the cut WAS NOT THERE. I called Rikers letting them know that one of their guys must've had a set of keys or something sharp in his pocket and it cut my seat. They gave the standard it wasn't us it was you speech even though I had photos and videos from before i brought it in and after. The only thing I can do is leave a review. Very disappointing because I've never had bad service from them before. Now I have to pay to have my leather seat repaired. I'm sure they don't care but they lost my business. I recommend anyone that goes to them inspect your total vehicle on video in the parking lot before you give it to them and after you get it from them in front of a manager on video. So you dont get the its not us its you song & dance. I attached pics of my car before I dropped it off and after
