My experience on river ridge was BAD I would not recommended this place to no one customer service even for an refund or current resident paying rent emergency you had to schedule appointments and the worst no good treatment for customers at all if you try to knock on their door they just either not respond or say is customer appointment first service I apply for 2/1 and did not get accepted after waiting and waiting the guy told me that someone else got I was losing my time waiting on him instead of reaching me out with answers.

Completely disgusting treatment received by this apartment community management, they tell you apply fast take your money then for deposit then tell you another bs lie to deposit more money, then when you say I want my money back and cancel 7-10 days later sill haven’t received my refund after the allowed time with property management claimed. (Claim to be high end when they’re not and closed only for apointment… what a disappointment). Windows tinted and access to talk to them by appointment only, property management just scammers.

I am so gratedul for becoming a resident in this beautiful complex. Thank you Nick Wlliams for being so attentive and careful and faced paced in this transition of my new chapter with my daughters. From the beginning you have been so kind and knowledgeable and professional and welcoming and its appreciated 👏. I can't wait to move in and be part of the community. Stay blessed and awesome 👌

I have been living here for more than 7 years and I am extremely delighted and super happy. It is a very safe place and I can't complain about the work team. They are all wonderful, especially David Pastrana from the maintenance team, I give him a 100% of 100%, that guy is the kindest, most respectful and efficient person you will ever meet. I recommend this wonderful place to live with closed eyes.

I really enjoy living here it's so nice the office staff are awesome and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize David, one of our maintenance guy. He truly stands out with his dedication and reliability! No matter what issue arises, David is always on top of everything. Whether it’s a leaky faucet or a broken light fixture, he addresses problems quickly and efficiently, often going above and beyond to ensure everything is fixed properly. His friendly demeanor makes it easy to approach him with any concerns. Living here is much more enjoyable thanks to his hard work and commitment. Thank you, David!

Maintenance staff as well as the front office staff are wonderful! They attend to your needs and concerns as well as making sure the complex stays as clean as possible. I love this complex, and will recommend to anyone who is looking to live a comfortable relaxed life.
