I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rent to Own Car Dealership, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism.
A special thanks to Yaileen, who went above and beyond to assist me. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Yaileen took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me.

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE RUN TO THE NEAREST EXIT. When asked about the oil before leaving the lot they claimed to have changed the oil but when i let my father look at it a professional mechanic he showed that the oil was still dirty and had not been changed in months. When asked about the oil life a month into having this car they claimed to not have reset it on the car. So my oil life currently says “-439” and all they say is to bring it in and they will have a look but still have the same issues 2 days later. My sensor coils on my car are out and i have to put my foot to the floor before it will even take off. And when i call them about it a man on the phone gets rude and says “before you go blaming us for your car being messed up why don’t you just bring it in for a look” . This man continued with a attitude.

Bad customer service bad people skills cut your car off all tho you have a 5 day grace period never will recommend anyone going to this place high car note they only want you to go to a insurance company that they say work with them also the insurance companies haven’t even heard of them the heavy set lady that be at the front desk always rude

They're such cool people there. I never had such a good time getting a vehicle. I felt more like we were old friends chillin. Takes a while to get the ball rolling, but once it starts, it won't stop. Great people in my opinion.

JULIANA has no business anywhere in customer service or not telling a wife, who is an authorized driver- who can also come up there to ask questions and get an oil change, information on the vehicle that I am driving too. If that is who they want at the front end of their business- cool! Your reputation will continue to procede you as long as she talks to people in the way that she does and answers the phone in the way that she does. The absolute worst! No sticker for the tag yet after they have been aware since early march it would expire on the 31st. It is now the next month and it only takes less than a day to wait at the DMV for a sticker. Now the latest is that there is an issue and we will get it tomorrow. The ISSUE is YOU telling us if we get a ticket they will take care of it (LIES), or that they left because the line was too long at DMV. Unacceptable! Plain and simple!

It's upsetting because they lie about it got warranty etc & it doesnt have any. Have to pay road assistance & my battery always drain in my fird mustand convertible. The top doesnt work, the chair doesnt go back . It got electrical problems. Took my car there to be fix for 3 days and they didnt fix anything. They are a rip off. Charge me for a trip $155 extra in advance which we didnt go and they refused to give me a refund.

Want 500 down ... nope. you have to pay the downpayment and the high biweekly payment.. to get the car. And there cars are over 20 years old 250 to 300 a month. No im good.

I’m very disappointed with RTOAC! We contacted y’all about the 2015 Nissan Quest van that the transmission messed up in. We were told that Ryan was going to get in touch with Cody to see what was going to be done since it was going to cost $5000.00 to fix the van. We haven’t heard from Ryan or Cody regarding this. We haven’t missed a payment and we are good customers but we are getting the run around. We both work and have to have 2 vehicles to get back and forth to work. Our payment is due tomorrow and we, as always will be making our payments and the least that could be done is fix the problem, contact us as you said you would. As we’ve been told before any exchanges have to be done on the day our payment is due. So tomorrow, 8/9/23 our payment is due. We at least deserve the same respect that we’ve given y’all. Make this right. I’m not asking for a a sports car or anything of that nature, I just want a car to get back and forth to work. Our pastor was kind enough to let us borrow a vehicle of theirs so we could get to work. This has been a bad experience!
