I've been waiting to review this groomer because I've given her three chances, first time was a great experience and my dog seemed really happy. Second time I show up on time to my appointment and the door is locked and all I got was the answering machine. Then we reschedule and my dog has a knick near her eye area. And finally my last and final appointment, I tell Renee about the matting on the fur and that I will be willing to pay for the extra fee. But I don't want a really short cut because my dog gets cold easily during the cold weather. I come back an hour later to a completely shaven and unhappy puppy :( very upset with my experience and also Renee's attitude but lack of communication. I hope she does better.

I’m so glad we found Renee to groom our two pups! They always look beautiful after Renee has groomed them and she’s happy to suggest how to care for their coats in between visits. It’s obvious how much Renee loves what she does. She’s the perfect mix of expertise, professionalism and kindness! Highly recommend!

Not that happy made the appointment for my dog. I get there and it was a waste of my time. She only told me over the phone is that she needed proof of rabies. I come there and then she wanted all kinds of things. This was my only day of for another 2 months. My time was wasted and I was not happy about that. I will be going some where else. Update her response is not true as to i have a recording of our conversation she only asked that i provide rabies proof. I have a app that records all phone calls. I can provide this that this owner is not telling the truth and wasted my time.

My princess is very difficult to groom. She has even been banned from her previous groomer because of her behavior. Renee took the time and showed me how to handle her so I can brush her. She did such an amazing job on her. She is now the official groomer for both my dogs.

Took my husky-mix for here last week and could not be happier!Renee promised at the time of cooking that he would be like silk when I picked him up, and she was not kidding!Renee is super friendly and helpful but her work speaks for itself!!

I took my Australian Shepard for the 1st time to Renee’s grooming salon and I had a great experience, she was very informative and took the time to explain me what her recommendations were, she was sweet with my Cooper and she even took the time to show me around the salon which by the way was spotless. She was very professional and did an outstanding job.

Our cavaliers had long beautiful ears and coats... she completely shaved and chopped their hair off and we just wanted a trip. You can see how close to his right eye she shaved. You can see the huge different in color from his face go where she shaved him.

If you're looking for a great groomer, I highly recommend Renee. Our Pomeranian, Teddy, got so many compliments on his haircut during our family vacation - everyone loved it! He went from fluffy and matted to sleek! The groomer was very skilled, so kind and welcoming and made sure Teddy looked his best. Thanks, Renee, for doing such a wonderful job! We had a wonderful experience with Renee. She is fantastic to work with. I have always groomed my dog myself so this was her first trip to a groomer at 4 yrs old. Renee was great with her and it was such a relief to have her in a shop not packed with waiting dogs. She accommodated my requests and truly did a great job with the Australian Labradoodle cut. Thank you!!

I brought my six month Shih tzu puppy for her first groom and Renee helped me learn how to do the top knot correctly and told me which type of bands to get also. My pup seemed relaxed and happy when I went to pick her up and she had a beautiful bow in her fur too! She explained to me options for trimming eyelashes so I could make an informed decision. I’m very happy with the grooming service. My puppies paws look adorable also with the trim!
