I bought a new house in Windermere in July of 2004. Paul and his team managed my property without any issues for 19.5 years. Then, Paul helped me sell it this past month. It needed alot of remodeling and Paul did every that was needed: planning the design work, making sure all the new appliances and many other necessary items were purchased and installed properly, working with painters and other personnel to get the work done in a timely manner.
The house sold in one weekend! Not only did Paul helpe me navigate through the offers, he also negotiated the winning offer/buyer after the property inspection.
I am very grateful to have had Paul as both my property manager and my real estate agent. 100% highly recommended!

We purchased a home for rent in Florida in 2003. We attempted to manage the rental ourselves. When you hire Dansco Realty, you not only are assured your property will be rented, and maintained excellantly, but you will get great recommendations and advice. We have finally listed our home with Paul MacGarigal and the property was sold in 10 days and closed in less than a month. Your will not get better service from any other Realtor/Management Company in Central Florida.

My wife and I just bought a house from Paul. We couldn't have been happier with our experience, and are grateful for everything Paul did. He went above and beyond; my wife flew in to Orlando and spent two days with Paul, getting a feel for the area and seeing many properties, and Paul found us the perfect house. He has had to work with us in person, by text, on the phone, and by email since we live in Los Angeles, and we are so excited to move to Orlando. Paul was respectful, honest, and more than helpful at all times. He listed, told us what we needed to hear rather than what we may have wanted to hear, and helped us from the first day until closing.....and after closing! I couldn't imagine using another agent, Paul made the house buying process so easy and certainly kept our stress of house buying at a manageable level!!!! Could not be more satisfied!! Chose Paul because he seemed to know exactly what he was doing in the Dr. Phillips area. Boy were we right!! He sold our home in record time, helped us with the move, took care of getting the help lined up to pack, clean and do the repairs needed to our home. He went above and beyond in getting things done for the closing and making sure all of the needs of the buyer were met. Paul put his whole heart into getting the sale closed and making it as painless for us as possible. Paul does have an arrogant side to him, but in dealing with a real estate agent, that is not a bad thing. Thanks for all of your help, Paul!!
